He called to check in with me, and informed me that the place USAA or Agero had selected to send my car was a tire shop that was closed for the day. He informed me that there was a small repair shop actually within the parking lot, or if I wanted to get service that was covered by my car warranty, I should ask USAA and Agero to change my towing location to the Valley Hi Kia dealership, and that they lock the gates at night (it was 6pm), so I should schedule the tow for the morning. I highly recommend Clinton. He is a kind, honest, and hard worker. He will give you an honest assessment, and strives to do what is right. Plus, he is quick and efficient at towing cars.

I waited for a day for other quotes to come in but Mobile Mechanics offered the best price. So I made an appointment. I'm a woman knows nothing about cars, and I always worried about body shop scam me with low quality products/parts or trick me to buy unnecessary services. Eddie from Mobile Mechanics made my worries go away! He did an excellent job on my car. He even went to the dealership to get the specific transmission oil for my car!! My drive way did not get dirty at all. I deducted one star because the technician arrived 3.5 hours late. At least I was waiting at my own home instead of in the shop. Iv been tryin to tow my truck else where to get it worked on, but he is now holding my parts.. he doesnt know what he is doing and cant admit it.. run/ stay away from this company. Im still waiting here for the police to now arrive to see if im able to get my key, turbo and receipt... I have call logs and text messages to show that all iv been asking for is nothing but honesty and open communication, which somthing eidde is far from capable of doing. So update. He is now texting me from an icloud id stating that his phone has been damaged. And then sent me an invoice all of the sudden, with out any explanation really to what the charges are.
