It is just, okay. I see it all the time when I go to Food Lion and finally decided to try it. We got several things to try and none of it was worth going back for again. I love chinese food and it is so convenient for me so I was hoping to love it but not even close. I wont get a hankering for anything from here. I will continue to go to Kannapolis to my fave place. Their fried rice was completely unedible, disgusting. For a chinese place it was the weirdest fried rice with some kind of weird spices sort of like Indian food. I've tried this place before in the past and it was terrible. It had signs recently that it was under new owners so we gave it a chance we got DoorDash from there and it was absolutely terrible. My shrimp was all raw. How do you fuck up fried shrimp I don't know, but I was biting into batter, my fried rice was literally old stank rice with soy sauce no veggies no egg nothing it wasn't even edible and I'm being nice when I say that I spent $60 on crap food that we can't even eat I highly doubt their new owners, and we will never eat there again. read more

Today was my first and last visit. Ordered Kung Po Chicken and got small gristle chicken bits instead of chicken portions. Hard dried as if they were leftovers in the bottom of the pan. l was extremely disappointed with TOP CHINA, first of all when l called in to ask questions about a combination meal, the associate on the phone was very patient in explaining what l asked BUT whomever was in the background was very inpatient and extremely RUDE to say the least, l spent $63 and they didnt even give me utensils to eat with, she told my husband not to put any in my order (the associate in the background) I'm assuming it was the owner or manager, whether l wanted them or not, they should have put them in there. l wish l knew the person that l was talking to on the phone, l would go in and personally TIP HER because she was very polite to me BUT the one in the background stating WHAT DOES SHE WANT on the phone spoiled it for everyone, and I'm not cheap l am a tipper, l want order from here again in the future. read more

This is a restaurant we visit a couple of times a month. I have never had a complaint. I will comment on the Shrimp Fried Rice. The shrimp are big and numerous. You are never looking for shrimp amongst the quantity of rice. The egg rolls are ever so good. The staff is very courteous and the price is a good value. read more

During the pandemic it was really wierd going to eat. Top China once back opened still served beautiful food that is tasty and hot. We love it but so expensive for us to eat there. It was difficult to go as often as we want. Many restaurants have increased their prices and have less servers but as customers we need to be understanding. But although it is busy and you are short there is no excuse for forgetting items or not including items on the bill or sauces getting forgotten. It is maddening to get a 35.00 meal home and no egg rolls , no soy sauce, no duck sauce. I go past 2 Chinese takeout to get your food please appreciate my business. read more

Ordered for the first time with Door Dash. My General Two's chicken was by far one of the best I've ever eaten. It was spicy (as mentioned on the menu) which I loved. The rice is flavorful and tender. I would highly recommend to anyone without reservations. We just moved to the area in December wind they have a new "regular" customer in us. I walk up to the window, grab a menu from the table in front of the window, and proceed to tell the 8 YEAR OLD BOY..... what I would like. He says "One second," and goes back to the kitchen where I can hear a lady (presumably his mother) yelling something in their native language. The boy comes back and tells me that it's easier if I order online. Mind you... this is a child I'm talking to, so I'm trying not to loose my temper to a child. I've been on yelp for years. But this is my first review in eons. I felt compelled to review this meal!! I ordered General Tso's via a local delivery service (Gina's who is awesome by the way). Food was delivered hot but the meal was inedible. Greasy! Tasted like the chicken had been cooked hours ago and only reheated with the sauce. The rice tasted like it had been warmed on a grill with old burnt grease. Nothing was redeemable about the meal except the cheap price....now I see why. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The food is nasty I order shrimp and broccoli with brown sauce and I get all the way home and it's no sauce on my food. Also it's a child working the front that I had to repeat my order like 4 times meanwhile the mom or grandma standing in the corner and won't help him. This restaurant is a joke. Horrible service. I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was my first time ordering and I didn't know that they served it with vegetables. I just wanted chicken and rice. When I get my food I check the bag and it's pretty much all vegetables and a little bit of chicken so I take it back and I tell them that I didn't know that they came with vegetables and I asked if they could redo my order and they said they couldn't and they said that I should've told them when I ordered it that I didn't want vegetables. They wanted to charge me the same amount again for just chicken and it wasn't even a lot they were going to give me. She proceeded to tell me that for them to give me a lot of chicken it would cost a lot because she said that chicken cost a lot of money. Love their general tso tofu! Delicious. I get it every time. Best in Salisbury. It's soft not overcooked like so many other places. I also get broccoli and mushrooms with white rice and veggie may fun. Closed on Sundays :( read more

Top China is awesome! My husband and I eat there at least once a week. Singapore Chow Mei Fun and the Curried Chicken add Broccoli and shrimp are our favorites. Also, the Egg Drop Wanton soup, Chicken Wings, Pork and Mushrooms and Egg Foo Young! I just recently discovered this place (recently moved here). I have not physically been there, I have just called in delivery orders. The times I have called, the staff have been very nice. Delivery was fairly quick and the food arrived hot. Taste wise, food is decent. I absolutely love their steamed dumplings. Price wise, pretty comparable to other places. There customer service was terrible, they were very inpatient in explaining to me what l needed to know, so l ended up with something l didn't want or like, they had enough black pepper in it to start a fire, and to top it off, they, placed my food in a paper bag, instead of plastic, so the juice saturated the bottom, causing my food to fall out the bag, leaving me with half of what l order, l was debating a tip l am glad l didn't, if l could l would stop the payment will never go back, it's a shame that customer service is no longer a issue, just making money..... read more

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! The place next door to it (which is awesome) was super packed so we decided to go here instead. This is the most PATHETIC EXCUSE for a Chinese restaurant. I ordered the General Tso Chicken and it legit tasted like metal burnt pan and NO CHICKEN FLAVOR ( was it even chicken we will never know ) And then when I asked for them to remake it the said " We don't refund or exchange" I never asked for either of those I asked for my food to be remade and instead of doing that they ignored me and went to the back and all talked about it then watched as I didn't eat the food. I should call the FDA. Not including all the tables and high chairs were sticky like they have never been cleaned since being purchased. PleAse don't waste your time coming to this rat hole.
