I have recommend him to 2 friends and they as well have purchased golf carts from him. They have 2 locations. In Oxnard and also in Palm Springs. Over the years I have purchased 2 golf carts from Power Machinery, not for golf but to use around…read moremy property. The last one had been modified with a flatbed in place of the golf bag storage. When the cart stopped taking a charge I researched to determine the problem could either be with the cart or the charger. I took the charger into Power Machinery to see if it could be repaired, the technician took the charger away for about 10 minutes and returned to say "it can't be repaired, they say it is too old and parts are no longer available ". His suggestion was to purchase a new charger for $600. I took the charger to a local golf course and the helpful technician removed the cover and traced the problem to a likely relay. These are readily available and I replaced it myself for $12. The cart and charger now work fine. Really disappointed with the response from Power Machinery to this customer's problem.

It is still shocking how great it all was. From the first time Peter showed us around and demoed the carts, to his following up over the next few months (even his patience and followup when we had delays - not them) to the finances, to them taking care of DMV and registration to delivery (on time and everything perfect with the carts) was beyond easy, enjoyable, no hassle. Even the delivery guys was nice, cool and the most amazing truck parallel parker ever :) I wish more companies were like them!!! I'm even driving out there from Hollywood soon to get spare keys just cuz they are so cool and it is nice to be reminded that there are companies and people out there who are helpful, nice, fun and totally on top of everything!

Fantastic selection and great prices. I probably should have come here first. While I was exploring the showroom I stumbled onto their E-Bike showroom. The Technician (DJ) was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with their Dogleg electric bike. Very high chance I'll be getting one of those babies.
