I even got a 12mo/12K mile warranty on my new engine. She started right up and purrs like a kitten. I'm so pleased with this place I'll def bring her back any time I need work. I walk into the fire stone office at 4:40 PM Friday afternoon and they told me they could not get me in until Tuesday even though I had a confirmation number. They said they don't have to accept appointments if they don't choose to. The manager even stood there and smirked and said, that's just the way it is! This is poor service on fire stone and I was going to purchase a lifetime warranty alignment, which cost over $200 with this place. Now I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Think twice before scheduling an appointment with these people. My next step is to go to the BBB.

The shop was very efficient. As with all speedy oil change places, you have to provide all kinds of info..Name, Address, Phone, etc. Employees were friendly and it didn't take long. We are grateful for that because we have a long drive facing us. My only issue was that they didn't reset the maintenance message on the dash.
