I got to admire a prime rib, filet mignon, and New York strip at the table--and every single one was cooked perfectly. I ordered the special: a 10 oz filet topped with three jumbo shrimp in a lobster cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The filet itself? Perfect medium rare, exactly as requested. Seasoning was balanced and not overly salty (which is something I often run into elsewhere). The steak alone was excellent. The lobster cream sauce, however, was just okay for me.
