Two days of reading reviews for Endodontist in my area and things weren't looking good. I came across Soft Touch Endodontics and decided to give them a try based on their name. I drove almost a hour to get to their Suwannee office and from the time I walked through the door I felt like I had made a good choice. The office is beautifully decorated which aided in calming me somewhat and Camila was just a kind and pleasant as she was when I called to make my appointment. I was escorted to the examination room, had routine blood pressure (which was extremely high due to my anxiety) and temperature taken and X-rays of the tooth needing treatment. Dr. Davis came in and introduced herself and thanked me for choosing their office. Dr. Davis gentle touch, soft voice and friendliness immediately made me feel safe in the chair and confident that I was in the right place. She throughly explained what steps I needed to do next. I left feeling calm and pain free. Thank you Dr. Davis and your wonderful staff for making me feel welcomed and especially for eliminating the anxiety I usually have during dental appointments. The dental claims have been closed by my insurers, and I have not received a refund. They basically maxed out my insurance allowances on both of my policies in January of this year. All this is to say that I am back at Buford Family Dental. The confidence I have in both Dr Patel and Dr Kim as well as their staff is worth the drive for the service provided Buford Family Dental.
