They are very helpful, and they even have good humor. Their table saw expert asked me what size I needed. I said "2.75 inches" He said, "We don't do those measurements here! That's 2 and three quarters inches!" He saved the day by giving us the polished look we needed for our new dishwasher installation.

There is one older Caribbean gentleman who wears a cap and works behind the counter who is especially rude. Every time I come in, he greets me with a scowl and never hands my card back directly after a transaction. If I purchase several items, he simply hands me a bag and expects me to bag everything myself, even though other employees have always done it without hesitation. What finally made me decide not to return was a recent visit where I stood there waiting for 15 minutes (it wasn't busy) while that same employee sat at the computer, clearly aware I was waiting, but chose to ignore me completely. Another employee was on the phone with a customer, so I was left standing there with no acknowledgment at all. If my business is not appreciated, I am more than happy to take it elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that provide better service. I highly recommend Gleason Paint Place instead. The tall employee there, as well as the young Hispanic guy who takes orders, are always helpful, respectful, and professional.
