The move to online classes was seemless, and I also feel like I learned a great deal more from the online classes here than I did in-person at the other treatment center I went to. Michele and Tony truly seem to care about everyone, and I say this because they do not just go through the motions at these classes. They take their time to actually get to know you, what your problems are, and are dedicated to helping you improve your life. What I liked best about the classes was that they were not just about giving you information after information, but more of a "round-table discussion" and conversational feel. Everyone was extremely supportive of each other and many others had very moving and impactful stories about their personal lives, and Michele and Tony do a great job on making each individuals' experiences relate to everyone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a treatment center that not only does a outstanding job, but also truly cares about their clients and bettering their lives.

I had the money and determination to complete this process to get my drivers license back. Paul was an obstacle that I had to overcome to reach my goal. He stole money from me because he never gave me the all credited hours I paid him for or returned my money for them. Neither the less I pushed forward and completed my hours paying someone else for the same hours I paid him for. I am grateful i went to another company. When I went in for my interview I was confident in the teachings I learned and I got my driving privileges back my first time being interviewed. I was fully reinstated with no restrictions and I haven't even had a ticket since. Paul doesn't understand the responsibility he has and the importance these classes and hours have on someones life. He simply is in it to scam someone out of there money. I was fortunate enough to have enough money to repay for the hours again but everyone doesn't. U r the person that will be in the interview by urself trying to get ur license back. He is not going to care because he has ur money and he will be happy to charge you more money. He is an exdrug addict that wants to believe he is a big shot. He couldn't bully me because I wasn't going to waste anymore time trying to get my hours from him. I have never done drugs. I'm not even from Chicago I am from the suburbs so I was really unfamiliar with the exdrug addicts hustle they are using to make money threw over charging for no real help. Be careful because its a real scam in Chicago.

And unsuccessfully left or otherwise disappeared from plenty overa 20+ year struggle with mental health problems and alcohol/drug addiction. I first arrived at the unassuming door of Challenge Behavioral Healthcare in 2015 after my last DUI for court-ordered therapy. The team was, and remains today, amazing. The therapists are all either in recovery or have years of experience that started before I was even born. And my hair is starting to thin! It is immediately clear that this place is different. It has been around for over 30 years where most places like this can't seem to stay open just 3. The space is professional yet cozy/comfy and inviting. I never felt judged, only compassion and genuine honest feedback that really helped me FINALLY get past myself, the ego, and dig into what has been triggering my pattern of escaping from my problems and my sense of self through poor coping (alcohol/drugs) and behavior. They helped me see the way my thinking changes when messed up and how freeing it is to finally give myself the gift of self-care. This very special place saved my life. Left me in his office unattended to address other matters more than once during interview. Talking about these issues are hard enough, add an irritated, uninterested data processing monkey to the mix. Makes you think power walking out of the offices isn't quite fast enough!

Good money is paid to attend, and it would be nice if they reinvested some of it into the business to provide a clean comfortable environment for their paying customers. The newest video was published in 1998 the visuals and sound quality made them difficult watch. The class room was dirty and out of date. Uncomfortable garage sale chairs some were full of graffiti or broken. It gives the impression that they care more about the money than providing a clean comfortable environment for there clients.
