Cornerstone Concrete is Awesome! Every one of the guys were hard working, professional, focused,…read moreand skilled. Our driveway was a mess before they started and we had many challenges such as sloping, a low street height and low garage height, and drainage problems. These guys came in and took charge. Some of them worked from 7am to 9pm and battled some intense weather. They added details that were as surprising as they were well thought out such as raising our driveway entry about 6 feet back from the road so that the street would not drain into our drive, added our own storm sewer and piped it underground to drain off a hill, made the drive entry slope gradually along the sides so people can park along the side of the road with ease, ran conduit and wire for us, and they finished the entire drive in a gorgeous high-end double edge which you can see here in the pictures. They also did a super killer patio on our lake side break wall which was a huge undertaking and it's perfect! These guys are top notch and we could not be happier with all aspects of this job from price to finished product. Also the concrete supplier told me that they consider Cornerstone Concrete the best in the business. I believe!

We signed and paid over a $50k deposit in early July 2024. Eight months later there was still no…read morepermit, no confirmed material orders to site, and no work started. We were repeatedly told "you're next" and "within weeks," but dates slipped with no firm schedule. In June 2025--nearly a year after paying--they were still saying we were "next." Key facts: - Deposit (July 2024): Months of "paperwork is submitted" messages, yet we never received a permit number or proof of submittal/approval. In Jan 2025 we were told paperwork had been submitted "yesterday," contradicting prior assurances. - Permitting (Winter-Spring 2025): The City issued adjudication orders and the permit was not approved until May 2025--~10 months after signing. (We can provide documentation if needed.) - No on-site work (through July 2025): Despite promises of a March start, there was still no crew on site and no schedule we could rely on. - Shell left exposed: The fiberglass shell sat outside uncovered for months with no start date in sight. We ultimately had them drop the shell at our property while we hired another installer to complete the project. Bottom line: After 13 months, aside from dropping the shell at our home, no installation work was performed. Communication was pleasant at times, but pleasant texts don't build pools. We would not hire again and do not recommend. I have tried cleaning my siding in the past with my own pressure washer and was never able to get it looking as great as these guys made it look. I also dreaded climbing my ladder and using my own pressure washer while on the ladder. Bottom line, I was very happy and would definitely recommend ICR Pressure Washing.
