It's a deboned chicken that is stuff with a variety of dressings which could be based with alligator, rice, crawfish, shrimp, or cornbread just to name a few from memory. These chickens are absolutely wonderful to cook and delicious to eat. You basically put it into a pan, bake for an hour or so (check each one for the time and temp) and then boom, dinner for 4. I have friends and relatives back home in Chicago who have me bring these up frozen on a regular basis (and by the dozen I might add). As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect, especially from a local grocery store that prides itself on serving the community. Hearing employees raise their voices and argue openly gives a negative impression and makes the environment uncomfortable for shoppers. Because of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I recently shopped at Rouses and found the staff there to be noticeably more professional, courteous, and friendly. The cashiers were polite, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant -- exactly what customers hope to find in their local grocery store. I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience I had at Nunu's in Youngsville, and based on this incident, I am unlikely to return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of the staff to ensure other customers don't encounter the same issue.
