They present themselves as an honest, "good old boy" family oriented operation with honesty and morality, unfortunately this could not be futher from the truth. Being duped by their video and presentation of the unit that was presented to have been thru their inspection with everything "READY TO HIT THE ROAD for great and enjoyable traveling" was a complete lie. DO NOT BE TAKEN IT. IF YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM, TRAVEL TO THEIR LOCATION WITH A QUALIFIED INSPECTOR TO INSURE THE PURCHASE IS AS ADVERTISED. Trusting them was a big mistake. I purchased the unit on line and had it delivered without going to inspect the unit myself and I paid a premium thinking everything was as advertised, READY TO HIT THE ROAD. Well, after deliver, I discovered the following. 1. Furnace inoperative. "Heater would not ignite" Mid Winter Too. 2. Hot water heater inoperative. "No hot water on 110 Volts" 3. Toilet flush inoperative. Sprayer to wash toilet did not work at all 4. Shower sprayer clogged and inoperative, would not spray 5. Shock absorbers totally Dead. Every bump resulted in the frame hitting the bump stops. 6. Remote monitors for Tanks inoperative, Propane showed empty when the tank was full as well as grey and black water readings. 7. Propane Stove Inoperative. It was never connected to propane, the propane line was capped off. 8. Back up camera inoperative, Had to replace the entire unit. 9. Rear privacy blinds modified to look OK but they actually were wired together and blocked the EMERGENCY exit at the rear of the coach, that, I would thInk, borders on Criminal Behavior In Closing, I could NOT HIT THE ROAD for my vacation. Had to cancel. When I called Luke and Levi about all the problems, they said they would not gurantee to reimburse or pay for the required repairs. I am currently making all the repairs at my expense. THESE PEOPLE ARE IN MY OPINION "CROOKS AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL" People like this are the ones that give used car salesmen a bad name. This is long and detailed, But It IS The TRUTH!

I wasn't going to leave a review. Even though my experience was bad. But then. THEN I received an…read moreemail that these crooks, without reason or warning, cancelled the refund that I was being issued for our down payment due to the fact that we had to walk away from a lemon of a deal and never actually bought anything from them! I'd give zero stars if I could! We drove 1 hr 40 min one way to look at their campers. Narrowed it down to two. Per Shane, they are METICULOUSLY checked upon arrival and are free from ANY AND ALL leaks or major damage and in great working order but, even still, you have the final walk through for peace of mind. We drove home, decided on a 2013 Keystone Premier for $13,995. It appeared to be in great shape just a little dirty. Like it had been sitting around. I also noticed 2 carpenter ants inside. probably nothing. I expressed (multiple times) that I needed to know there wasn't a nest. I had an experience with them at home and they are a nightmare. I was assured ants are just "bad everywhere right now" but that it would still be investigated. I brought this up on a subsequent phone call and was re-assured. My husband noticed the tires were dry rotted but Shane, being the stand up guy he is was taking care of us and got us new ones on him. Even though the unit was listed as "willing to negotiate", apparently putting new tires on it, which it needed, took away any wiggle room in the price... Day of pick up (My birthday) we got up early and made the drive to be the first appointment of the day so I could still enjoy my birthday. The service guy Jay, doing our walk through, was "not feeling well" aka we think drunk bc we could smell alcohol on him from a mile away. But we overlooked that. Probably more than we should have. After all it's camping life, right?! Here's where it gets fun. On our camper with no major issues and DEFINITELY no leaks or water damage we found: The salesman did NOT, in fact, find out if there was a carpenter ant nest or even investigate them at all. Instead, he sprayed the inside down with Raid. All good (Says Shane...). Bonus for us though, is the fact that they didn't clean the camper. That allowed us to see a trail of dead carpenter ants (and a couple live ones still) from the front leading in the back to a HUGE pile of dead ants. Think 75+. Called my local exterminator, and they advised that was indicative of a nest. In case you don't know, carpenter ants, almost exclusively target wet, rotting wood. Water heater had a BAD leak that only started after we tested the water pump. But don't worry, those are just silicone drain screws and the "new girl" probably just cross threaded it. Cheap fix. Day 1 my husband was assured he could inspect the roof. We almost forgot about it but as soon as I reminded him, the whole mood shifted. They were pissed. You could feel it, and it quickly became obvious why. Earlier, we noticed a water leak with damage in the ceiling of the bath. We thought it was odd that we didn't notice it before. But don't worry we were told (by brewery Jay) it's just the paper bubbling and from condensation in the bath. Turns out, I do know the difference between damaged wood and bubbling paper! A pipe on the roof had leaking caulk where the ceiling damage was. When my husband pressed the caulk and water shot out! Finally, at the front, the roof was separating under a seal very bad. This created quite the stir. And when they checked it, I overheard them whisper "yeah this is a problem". Basically we were told the only fix is to replace the roof and they weren't doing that on their dime. OR we could just have them put down this handy dandy super tape that would "never come up once it's put down". Yeah bc at this point I trust you guys completely! We have video and upon consulting a different repair shop they laughed at the tape idea and assured us there is no easy fix for it. By now, 2 hours wasted on site (3.5 for us) Shane sees the writing on the wall. There was NO attempt to salvage this sale in his eyes, given the problems and there was no acknowledgement or apology. He clearly felt caught with his pants down and all he did was say "I mean we can just go ahead and refund your ($3,000) down payment and you can be on your way". My husband and I were a little dumbfounded and for some reason needed "time to think about it". We discussed it on our 1.5 hour ride home and called Shane to request the $3,000.00 back. He obliged and I saw a pending transaction on my account. Less than 24 hours later, at 10:10am I got an email from my bank that Barton Lake RV Sales canceled my refund. My bank said the merchant canceled the refund. So here I am, 10pm on a Friday night, writing our experience to hopefully help out the next guy. The immediately reposted the unit at the same price knowing ALL these issues! This is criminal. Do NOT buy from these guys. They aren't trust worthy. I WILL get my money back. Don't be fooled by their fake kindness like we were.

I called back a few hours later and he said he would call me first thing in the morning and see about getting a guy to come over. No call first thing in the morning so I called at 11:30. He said he has to talk to the owner about sending a guy over. I told him I would pay anything or even a higher price to get it looked at. He said he would call me back after lunch. Still 5 days later and they never called me back. Just got back home and got up there myself and the capacitor is only $35. I would have paid $500 to get it fixed and it was only a 2 hour job. Why would you not have a service tech be available for all the people that camp next door to you? That would be a cash cow and easy money. Charge a premium at least.

My family purchased a camper from your dealership on May 30, and unfortunately our experience since…read morethen has been nothing but one issue after another. First, we still have not received our license plates. We were also told that we would be reimbursed for the four nights we had to stay in a hotel when we brought the camper back for repairs after only one day of owning it. When I wanted to return it before 72 hours they would return calls and were accommodating now that I'm past 72 hours of being able to return it they won't call me back, and they are extremely rude, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one has contacted me regarding this reimbursement. Additionally, I financed the camper through my own lender and was told the GAP insurance would be canceled. That still has not been done. The biggest issue has been the repeated repairs. The slide-out is once again not working correctly after your service department repaired it, and it is now cutting into the flooring. This is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of time and money we have already invested trying to get these issues corrected. We purchased this camper because our home is currently under renovation and we needed a place for our family to stay and eventually to do travel nursing in. Instead, we have been left with a camper that has spent more time needing repairs than being usable. To date, I have made five trips to your Coldwater location, spending hours driving back and forth and paying for diesel fuel, only to be treated poorly by management and the service department. On one occasion, we were told the camper was repaired and drove all the way there to pick it up. After waiting over two hours, we discovered it had not been fixed correctly. Because I had to leave for my night shift at work and my family needed somewhere to sleep that evening, we had no choice but to take the camper home even though the repairs were incomplete. The attitude and customer service from parts and management have been extremely disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility for repeated repair issues, we have been treated as though we are the problem. I have tried to be patient and reasonable throughout this process, but I have reached the point where I need these issues resolved. At this point, I am requesting the following: Immediate repair of the slide-out and any resulting floor damage. An update on when our license plates will be issued. Reimbursement for the four hotel nights as promised. Immediate cancellation of the GAP insurance. A point of contact who will communicate with us and ensure these issues are resolved properly. Since the camper is our temporary housing while our home is under renovation, I also expect the dealership to provide or pay for reasonable accommodations while the camper is in your possession for repairs. We should not have to bear additional lodging expenses because of ongoing warranty issues and repeated unsuccessful repair attempts. We have acted in good faith throughout this process, but the repeated delays, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and treatment we have received are unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt response within the next few business days with a plan and timeline to resolve each of these issues. Thank you,
