PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. I have never written a…read moreNegative Review, however, Luke and Levi at this dealership deserve the absolut worst review possible. They present themselves as an honest, "good old boy" family oriented operation with honesty and morality, unfortunately this could not be futher from the truth. Being duped by their video and presentation of the unit that was presented to have been thru their inspection with everything "READY TO HIT THE ROAD for great and enjoyable traveling" was a complete lie. DO NOT BE TAKEN IT. IF YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM, TRAVEL TO THEIR LOCATION WITH A QUALIFIED INSPECTOR TO INSURE THE PURCHASE IS AS ADVERTISED. Trusting them was a big mistake. I purchased the unit on line and had it delivered without going to inspect the unit myself and I paid a premium thinking everything was as advertised, READY TO HIT THE ROAD. Well, after deliver, I discovered the following. 1. Furnace inoperative. "Heater would not ignite" Mid Winter Too. 2. Hot water heater inoperative. "No hot water on 110 Volts" 3. Toilet flush inoperative. Sprayer to wash toilet did not work at all 4. Shower sprayer clogged and inoperative, would not spray 5. Shock absorbers totally Dead. Every bump resulted in the frame hitting the bump stops. 6. Remote monitors for Tanks inoperative, Propane showed empty when the tank was full as well as grey and black water readings. 7. Propane Stove Inoperative. It was never connected to propane, the propane line was capped off. 8. Back up camera inoperative, Had to replace the entire unit. 9. Rear privacy blinds modified to look OK but they actually were wired together and blocked the EMERGENCY exit at the rear of the coach, that, I would thInk, borders on Criminal Behavior In Closing, I could NOT HIT THE ROAD for my vacation. Had to cancel. When I called Luke and Levi about all the problems, they said they would not gurantee to reimburse or pay for the required repairs. I am currently making all the repairs at my expense. THESE PEOPLE ARE IN MY OPINION "CROOKS AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL" People like this are the ones that give used car salesmen a bad name. This is long and detailed, But It IS The TRUTH!

While the actual transaction process of trading our…read moreold unit in for a new one went smooth, along with the pickup, everything there after went down hill. Once they have your money they no longer care about their customers. I've had my unit for 2 years and still have open warranty issues. MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT ALL WARRANTY ITEMS DIRECTLY WITH KEYSTONE WHILE YOU ARE IN YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD! The back of the house service department is a joke. The one repair they did help me with was with the slide cable. While they did repair the slide cable, they damage all the trim and everything around it getting the job done. When checking on the status of the work, I found that they just had tools thrown all over the counter tops, kitchen table, floor...without any protection between the tools and the tops. Also once complete, they didn't even clean up after themselves. Once I got home, I also discovered they poked a hole in the outer seal of my slide. I also have other warranty issues that are unresolved including a nail/screw pop in the middle of my brand new travel trailer that has yet to be repaired. I have many other issues but I'll save you the reading. Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere unless you are truly in a service bind.

We decided pretty quickly, in our Columbus, Ohio home that we wanted a particular brand of pop-up…read morecamper. Looking at videos on Youtube I saw several videos by Josh the RV Nerd who is affiliated with Bish RV. One particular video was a model that highly interested in. (Great video by the way) A quick internet search found 3 campers within 300 mile that fit our need. One was Toledo, another near Detroit, and then one at Bish's in Coldwater. We setup a full day Saturday Road Trip to hit all 3 locations. Turns out the camper in Toledo didn't exist, so we called Bish's and verified they had the model we wanted and made an appointment to see it. We arrived one Saturday morning and were greeted by our salesperson. He took the time to thoroughly show us the one we were interested in. He seemed knowledgeable and gave us all the time we needed. After about 30 minutes we walked inside and talked numbers. For most of the pandemic years, 2020 to 2022 campers have sold at the high end of the scale. I was expecting to pay full MSRP on this 2022 model even though it was nearing the end of the model year. The price I was given, was about $2000 less that I was expecting and I considered it to be a reasonable offer. I made it clear we were real customers and going to buy, but I wanted to see the other model in Detroit. We left with a reasonable offer on paper. A few hours later we arrived in Detroit and the model there was a bit more and it was a slightly different model and the one at Bish was better for us. 2 days later I talked to our sales guy and said we wanted that unit. I put a deposit by phone on the credit card and he pretty much took care of all the details. I was paying cash, but needed a week to get the cash, but our sales guy made it happen. About 10 days later we took possession of the new camper at the agreed upon price. Delivery day went pretty good. Finance guy annoyed me a little. I asked for a 30 day or transit tag to get back home to Ohio and was told they couldn't provide one and I didn't need it. We were showed our new camper all setup and ready for inspection. At least 5 or 6 people were picking up campers much more high end than us, so I think we got the new guy who barely knew anything that we didn't about this model. We drove away happy with our new camper, and now 8 months later we are still happy with the purchase.

I just needed my deposit refunded and instead of informing how/when/WHERE my money would be refunded, I just get "your refund will be issued by company check". And then nothing after that. This should've refunded back into the bank account it was paid from, but regardless of that, I don't even know where the check was mailed. She doesn't either. Her answer was to call the store. Which I did 10 times and received no answer from any department.
