    Spaghetti. 10/10.

This is a bit of hole in the wall, possibly family owned. Husband ordered the special, chicken fried steak, w/ two sides, he chose Mac n cheese, and mash potatoes. He ate it all and Loved it. Friend got the Italian sandwich and loved it. I ordered the other special, spaghetti with meat sauce. Again, very good.

One bite everybody knows the rules! Little flop, greasy, salty, good undercarriage, but no crisp except for the end crust. 5.9.

I was there at an odd time so me and Valé had some excellent conversations. He definitely cares about his customers. For the Chicken Parmesan and pasta, I finished the whole thing. No problem. Tasty sauce. The bread was good and many might love it but I prefer traditional Italian bread. This is subjective. For the wine, I usually don't care about what kind of red wine I'm drinking but that was the best red wine I have ever had. It's called Montepulciano-D'Abruzzo. That's a lot of letters I'm not used to typing. I mean, I'm used to the letters but not in that order. Let's just call it Monte. This was a great meal and the vibe was incredibly warm. You're going to feel very welcomed here. I even noticed people coming up to Valé to hug him, thank him, etc. This is true Italian nature. They are going to feed you well and make you feel like family. Definitely recommended.

We ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer and they were not good. They were very tough and hard to eat. The marinara sauce was delicious. I ordered veal parm , neighbor had chicken parm , and hubby had veal Marsala. The veal and chicken parm came with so much mozzarella cheese it covered up the taste if the veal. The pasta with marinara was delicious. My hubby said the veal Marsala was tough. The prices are not cheap but the portions are generous. We might give them another chance.

The restaurant is located on the main street that runs through the town making it easy to find. Be sure to make a reservation as it fills up quickly. The staff we encountered during both visits were friendly and professional. The food was exceptional each visit. The eggplant parmigiana starter was tender and so flavorful. Three of the four of us ordered it on the second visit as it was that good. The beef carpaccio and meatball starter were also enjoyed. For entrees we had the trout Frances, stuffed halibut special, the gnocchi special, the mushroom tortellini and the linguine pescatore. All dishes were delcious while the trout Frances, mushroom tortellini and linguine pescatore were our favorites. It is worth mentioning their gnocchi could not have been better prepared as it was like a fluffy pillow as gnocchi should be. Had it been paired with the truffle sauce from the mushroom tortellini then it would have been perfection. For dessert, we sampled several ice creams, sorbets, the tiramisu and the Blueberry Coconut Layered cake. The raspberry sorbet and cappuccino Oreo gelato were the fan favorites for the dessert course. Ristorante Paoletti receives our highest recommendation as it is on point with offering a positive atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food.

The grouper was over fried and doused in butter. The pasta dishes had so much cheese- it was over powering- same for potatoes. Lasagna was good. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Our salads were also very good and the pepper Parmesan dressing was delish. 4.0. The waiter, great guy and great service recommended the "Tour of Venice". And it was pretty disappointing. The manicotti had a good filling and good sauce but the pasta was doughy and gummy 2.0. The lasagna was dry and over cooked and there was no recognizable ricotta in it adding to the dryness. 2.0. Lastly the chicken parmigiana was bad. The chicken was so dry and stringy I could not swallow it, I had to take it out of my mouth. That said we'll give it another try. The spaghetti and meatballs looked good and the onion rings looked good as well. I think the Venice trio had been sitting around and all got over cooked. If it is better next time, I'll amend my review.

There was a wait as they seem to be well know for having great food and service. The atmosphere was more intimate and inviting. The waitress was very kind and friendly. Entrees come with Italian baked bread and salad and my partner's came with soup as well. The bread was fresh and tasted great the salad had many toppings and the house made Italian dressing was delicious, nice to dip the bread in as well. Then came our entrees, I ordered the tortellini it was cooked well with lots of melted cheese on top holding in the sauce and fresh baked heat on the inside. It was very filling, only wish the inside was more creamy seemed to be mainly tortellini with not much sauce. But overall very good. Would recommend for a date night or family celebration. Great little Italian spot with great service and well made courses!

They offer many different flavors and types of dishes from Indian, Thai, and all American. I'm heading back on Saturday for lunch when they'll be open for business. I'll update once I've stopped in.

It is suitable for crowds. Of course, the old silos were built for grain storage in the late 40's time frame and now have been turned into a community hub of restaurants, bars, live music, outdoor dining via numerous vendors, fire pits and large screen tv's with even a rail car venue in a very eclectic and hip, urban setting. We were eating at one of the associated restaurants, Inky's, and they allow us to go to Silos Brewing and grab a beer to bring back for the meal. Very cool since Inky's sells draft, but just not this craft Silos draft. I really liked the cooperative and laid back approach by both establishments, including that Silos Brewing let me carry the glass over and not just a plastic cup. They will get it back. My choice was the "Smoke on the Lager" which is, of course, a lager base with smoky hints that went well with my Authentic Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. As their website says, "our backyard is your playground," and I bet on a warm spring or summer evening (rather than a rainy, winter Thursday), this place would be excellent fun. "A place to share stories over a pint, challenge friends to a casual game, or bask in the laid-back vibes of our beer garden." I get that from this establishment and will definitely be back to partake of this hospitality. From what I have seen, despite the less than ideal weather, this is a definite road worthy destination spot even from Greenville or Clemson.
