We have employed Scott twice - once in 2013 for a refinance of our current home and then a few years later (a few weeks ago) to refinance the same home. I have to emphasize that due to an unemployment issue a few years ago, our credit had taken a major hit. Another financial adviser in Tacoma who I won't name just told us what a hopeless case we were and told us to come back when we had our act together. Fast forward a couple years later. Scott gave us guidance on how to improve our credit, saw we were trying to improve, and he helped us steadily along our path. He doesn't let things slide and is good on following up. When we thought we couldn't achieve our goal, Scott had faith in us and treated us with respect, and helped us best he could for a favorable outcome. We signed papers the other day and were able to get the funds needed for some critical home projects at a good interest rate.
