After that every year it went up, which I hear can be natural for insurance. I had to file a claim with them and I don't know if the company name changed or they have a different claims Dept but I had to file it with ASI. In order to receive my claims check, I had to update my mailing address since I moved and ASI could not update it even though they are the ones who would be sending me my check. ASI transfered me to TWG and I got hung up on after on hold for 5 minutes. I emailed Twg and explained the situation, and someone called me within 8 hours to help me out. They told me they had my correct mailing address but if I want to make sure I get the claims check to the right place then I'll need to call back and confirm with ASI on when they sent the check. My goodness, a lot of hassle.

Additionally they offered horrible advice that in the long run ended up costing me big time on a hail damage claim I had on the roof of my house. Moving here from another state I had never been faced with these oddball clauses about wind and hail special "deductibles" based on the value of your home. 2 percent to be exact, which quite frankly is ridiculous. But on top of it, to have your insurance company who has the value of your home, versus the value of your total property, write a home owners policy that includes the land add insult to injury. I am quite frankly surprised that Safeco would even allow them to write a policy like this since even in the case of catastrophic damage, would never have delivered on the full value of the policy unless the land itself were sucked into a big hole in the ground. Then I'm sure there would have been some earthquake exclusion that would have voided the whole thing. I have since switched my homeowners policy to Met Life which was a direct purchase thru a buying agreement with the corporation I work for and have done a better job talking to someone on line directly than when I had this lousy agency "working for me".... Also they have these young men who are actually quite glib and goofy handling their policies. I am reminded of how much I dislike these people after I just got a call from someone at their office today interrupting me in the middle of my business day to talk about getting me back as a client. He says he has some great rates to discuss with me.... REALLY? CAN I WASTE MORE OF MY TIME AND MONEY ON YOU? I THINK NOT!!!!

I purchased my home in 2021 and was with this agency until March 2026. For the first couple of…read moreyears, everything was fine, but over time the customer service declined significantly. When I reached out for help reviewing other insurance options to lower my rate, I either received little assistance or no response at all. In February, I contacted them again about reducing my premium and never heard back. There was also a concerning situation where the agency attempted to speak to my mortgage company on my behalf regarding my legal name, which I did not request and found inappropriate. In March, I received a letter stating that my insurance carrier would no longer be contracted with this agency, yet I received no proactive communication or guidance from them during that transition. I ultimately switched agencies and insurance companies on my own. Despite that, I didn't hear anything from them until April 29th. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and handling of my account led me to lose confidence in their services.

And we fought Safeco for an insurance claim - she's copied on EVERY email - NOT ONE response. Never fought for us even once! HORRIBLE. We questioned rates several times - no response, no action. Over the course of working with Corin our auto insurance has tripled, and Kate has nothing but excuses. In the time my wife actually got her on the phone - she didn't follow our requests and nothing changed. Homeowners insurance has more than DOUBLED in four years since working with Corin! MORE TGAN DOUBLED!!!! No word, no notice, no explanation. Just increased. I learned from the mortgage company as my escrow increased. I went from $5500 annually to $12k a year most recently. In the time I'm dealing with Kate, Corin, and Safeco - I've gone annually from $5500 to $8200 to $9500 to now $12000! Over less than 4 years. I've had ONE claim on hail damage and they wouldn't pay the claim and I had to fight it. This is criminal! SHAME ON THEM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

In less than 30 days new roof, all repair's completed. Because I used a class 4 shingle and ridge vents, my annual payment dropped by over $800. I have been in business with Mr Reeves since moving to Texas over three years ago. And while three…read moreyears isn't all that long, i do believe I've shown some loyalty as a customer. I've never been late on a payment, as i opted for automatic payments to receive the discount. Several times now I've been shocked by the amount debited to my account. When i call this office for an explanation there is always something such as "a multiple car discount was removed from your account" (which i haven't had multiple cars on my account for over two years, and this excuse has been used twice already when payments jumped drastically) or there's been an adjustment to your premium due to this reason or another. I've never been given a heads up there will be higher payments. I've been told several times that an initial higher payment was taken out, but the next few will be lower, only to be surprised again the following month. The only reason i haven't changed insurance companies yet is because i have enjoyed the coverage and i hate changing companies, as i prefer a long-standing business relationship. Unfortunately, Mr. Reeves seems to not care about this at all and offers no help and no understanding how some people live on a budget despite multiple attempts and pleas to have him provide a more stable payment routine. I am extremely disappointed with this business and it is not at all what i knew of state farm businesses in previous states I've lived in.
