Right from the beginning when speaking to Lisa on the phone, her skills and attitude were stupendous, made me feel right at home. Lisa explained everything, cost and time frame. Val & Lisa showed up right on time as promised, backed up the dumpster very smooth and both had a smile on their face, just as their letter stated. To my surprise, Lisa, Vals daughter was driving, perfect backing up skills! 6 days later they showed up, once again as promised and left with their dumpster. 100% satisfied and will be calling them again. I had to stop in not only to see Rolex but it was my first time seeing a Patek dealer! Frankly, the first older gentleman at the entrance didn't want to sell me rocks and directed me straight to the CPO section in the back... but that was where I met Clay. He immediately introduced himself to me and my wife and from there took the time to go over all the watches we were interested in. He was sincere, honest, and motivated during our meet and I knew he was a direct reflection of the business he was part of. Having been to alot of ADs back in LA, it's almost rare to have genuine hospitality and conversations. It was night and day for me coming to a truly family owned dealer where the staff want to make relationships-it was more than experience I felt, it was culture. So thankful Clay shared his insights and the fire he carries for horology. I'm truly excited about my upcoming relationship with this team and Fourtane.

From the moment we walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Laís, in particular, made our Rolex purchase an incredibly special and memorable experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and personal attention made us feel truly appreciated and valued. It's rare to find this level of genuine hospitality and care. The experience itself meant just as much to us as the watch, and we are incredibly grateful for the way we were treated throughout the entire process. A heartfelt thank you to the owners and the entire team for making each visit so exceptional. We look forward to returning again soon and creating many more wonderful memories together.
