It's a very nice, clean, organized, and small shop that Ron is running. His prices for an adult haircut are reasonable and affordable. I told Ron what I was looking for in my haircut, and he did a spectacular job. I asked him to put some gel in my hair and remake this hairstyle that my mom did for me on Christmas, and he did a wonderful job on that too. Strange thing was that I had no missed calls from her. She chose to text me and said she had an emergent situation and would have to cancel me less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Ok that's fine. Kids get ill. You have to patent and care for your child. I surmised that she was going to beat feet out of there to tend to her ill child. Understanding the presenting situation, I immediately thought to go down and have one of her coworkers set me up for a new appointment because no one generally answers the phone over there anyhow. To my surprise Angie was still in the salon!!! She rescheduled me for the following Tues. (4 days later). Her computer app sent me a legit text stating I was on for Nov 12 @1:30. On Monday I got a voicemail from her stating she once again was going to cancel me for the appt her computer app accepted and she told me she in the VM that she had"looked at her calendar wrong and had someone in that spot." When I investigated the app she uses and waited for a return call from them they told me you cant make an appointment in a spot where there already is a standing appointment. So she booted me out of the second appointment voluntarily to give my spot to someone else who obviously demanded her allegiance more than mine and prophylactically put me in for Nov 22. So after canceling and inconveniencing me twice she could not find a place for me for two weeks!!! So unprofessional. I would have considered canceling the "other client" once and me once rather than boot me twice. I paid this girl a crisp $50 bill for a quick barber cut priced at $32 each and every time I patronized her. Not going back!!!Think before you book here too.

I had completed my trial run with another makeup artist and was so excited for my wedding. Then 10…read moredays before my wedding she cancelled on me and wished me luck finding another makeup artist for my wedding - eek! I emailed every makeup artist I could find in the area, frantically trying to find someone. Ashely saved me from despair when she messaged me back very quickly, although she was out of the country. She was responsive to emails and we quickly got the contract signed. She was unavailable, but informed me that her assistant, Megan, would be available. Megan was early for the trial and came to me at the hotel (the day before the wedding, as that's the only time I was available). She did an excellent job and was super receptive to feedback! She arrived early again the following day and set up while I was getting my hair done. She did an absolutely EXTRAORDINARY job on my makeup. She integrated all of my feedback from the trial (all personal preference, I just didn't want any eyeliner) and I felt beautiful, but still natural. The makeup stayed on all night, which was amazing! She also provided me with a cute touchup kit, Ashley had picked out a lip color for me - which was PERFECT (based on the photo I sent, which I wanted duplicated, from my previous trial run with the other makeup artist). She also included lip gloss, cotton swabs, etc. I am just so happy that things worked out the way they did so I was able to have Megan do my makeup for my wedding day. I would definitely highly recommend Love Beauty for anyone's wedding makeup needs (and any other event for that matter). THANK YOU SO MUCH MEGAN AND ASHLEY - YOU'RE BOTH AMAZING!
