To make a long story short we were rushed practically out the door when it came down for her daughter to open up her presents they said they would just put them in the bag and she can open them up at their house because they are on a time frame and they need to get ready for the next party for there establishment I felt like that was unacceptable because they were booking back to back parties and not giving them enough time to feel special and for what they paid for!!! read more

I attended a birthday party here in January. The owner was close by and very attentive. What a great idea to have multiple rooms of fun for a kids of different ages. Plus the cameras and food area was nice and clean. I'm definitely looking forward to planning a party there soon. read more

I attended a birthday party here right before Covid and I was super impressed with everything that this venue had to offer. There was something for everyone to enjoy including the adults. This was the first place that came to mind when deciding on a place to host my son's first birthday party. I booked a 2 1/2 hour party on a Saturday and included the option to have it decorated and also have a balloon arch. They offer a huge variety of themes for decor, I chose the Mickey mouse theme. All of the decor was beautiful!!! The balloon arch was a nice touch. I love how it took away the stress, time, and effort of having to do it all myself. We just had to provide the food & drinks, cake/cupcakes, tableware, and goodie bags. We also chose to have a Piñata so we brought that too. They provided the stick and rope for it. They provided a party host which was absolutely awesome!! When we arrived the hostess brought out a cart and helped unload the cupcakes, coolers, goodie bags, and everything else from the vehicle and wheeled it inside and immediately started helping get things set up. It literally only took minutes for everything to be ready for the party. The tables and dessert table were beautifully decorated and the balloon arch was perfect! The backdrop was also really nice. We received a lot of compliments on how cute everything looked! The venue had a large dining area that comfortably accommodated all of our guests (we had about 50 guests). There were nine 6 foot tables for seating, a long counter for food, and an 8 foot table for the cake and goodie bags. There was also a cubicle shelf in the corner to store the gifts. There were three rooms for different age groups. There was a super cute toddler area with different types of toys, a play kitchen, a playhouse, and soft climbing blocks. There was a preschool area with a mini market. Playhouse, play kitchen, play tool set, and small tables and chairs. There was a HUGE arcade area with FREE arcade games, air hockey, Foosball, and Ping pong. My hubby really enjoyed the basketball arcade game! There was something for everyone!! My guests were so impressed that they kept asking me how to go about reserving this venue. The restrooms were clean and also wheelchair accessible. The entire venue with the exception of the toddler area was wheelchair accessible. My husband's aunt uses a wheelchair and she stated that she was appreciative of how accessible the venue was. There was a security monitor in the dining area that showed all of the rooms so she felt included without even having to move around. As a matter of fact, they changed the screen during the Piñata time to a full screen of that room so the adults that were sitting there could see what was going on. The entire party went smoothly and every single person enjoyed themselves. The best part was that I didn't have to worry about cleaning up because the hostess took care of it! At the end of the party she helped load up the gifts, coolers, and leftover cupcakes onto the cart and took everything to our vehicle. We were ready to head home in a matter of just a few minutes!! My guests and I can't stop talking about how awesome the venue was! I highly recommend it!! As a matter of fact, I just booked it for my daughter's birthday party in September! read more

Good for all ages of kids and adults! Super fun I've had 2 years of birthday parties celebrated here for my daughter who was 2 and 3. She loves it ,the family love it and we love it. Pricing is also good compared to most private party places I've seen. All games are free. $2 picture booth which is pretty cheap also. They have cameras in every room and parking to keep an eye out on everything. Super convenient! Love how it's reserved for only your family and not having to share a place to host a party. Host are okay never had a problem with any. They keep you updated on time if your really busy or just in the moment. Rules are a little strict but I get it. read more

Don't throw a party her unless your alright with being rushed and watched like a hawk. She has her OWN kids watching every one as well. Host or should I say hosts(didn't know miner kids were going to be there setting up and joining the party) does not say her own kids will be participating. Not a problem just a heads up would of been nice. The younger daughter told all the kids that enters the preschool room that that was HER room ! Made my party feel uncomfortable to even play. I paid 80$ for decorations and I didn't even get a ballon arch just simple backdrop and simple table peices ,wasn't able to take cause he daughter was having the same theme party coming up ... no music was on .. she asked when people were already there all late! Then also shuts OFF LIFHTs before 10pm which is the end of party time. I couldn't even get a chance to run the party ! Made everyone feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 430$ spent for a unsatisfied party smh if your going to have a party place let it be party friendly. Booked this place for a birthday party. Over all experience was a 4/10. Our host was semi helpful but you could tell she was rude and not so great of an attitude(after family brought that to own attention then we experienced it ourselves). Let me start off with the contract wasn't being gone over til 10:20 and party was to start at 10am. Ice chest are not allowed and she was not happy at all about that she warned us about the contract saying we should've seen that on there. We did serve the food our selves after being told we weren't allowed to heat it up with our burners. The host told us we were not allowed to serve any food so we wouldn't make a mess. But did not help with serving food! Parking is a major issue here. The host came in during the parking asking people to move there vehicles. If kids yell which kids do I mean there kids. You'll see the host turn very fast and look at the cameras to see what's going on. That's just the beginning of the issues we experienced. If your looking for a strict place with not so much friendliness this is the perfect place! Verify the contacts rules and fees there is a good amount! I will say piñata is an extra fee to have. read more
