I have ordered from Tonic Blooms for past occasions because I appreciated their eco friendly packaging. For Mother's Day I decided to order the featured peonies bouquet which consisted of 20 stems, vase not included. The flowers were delivered in good time, and a neat feature of tracking in real time was provided by Tonic Blooms which I thought was pretty cool. My only constructive feedback would be that the pricing was quite high in my opinion - coming in at $213.56 for this simple bouquet (including $9.99 delivery fee) Not sure if Mother's Day had anything to do with the steep pricing. I also feel that above $150, delivery should be included. read more

I have ordered flowers and potted plants from Tonic Blooms for friends several times. Their website and service are super convenient and they deliver within the downtown core super-fast (~2 hours in some cases) and in the GTA (same day or next day, depending on the time of your order). They email/text you after the delivery is made which I appreciate. They have done some fun collabs as well. I went to an event they did with Kit & Ace a couple years ago where they helped you make your own terrarium. I decided to order flowers for myself from them for the first time and was so pleased with the "fun farmboy" - a medium hand-tied bouquet of season colourful blooms wrapped in their signature denim. I used to think all flowers are pretty much the same, until I got married and learned a LOT about flowers. These guys create gorgeous, unique arrangements that are a joy to look at. You can pretty much leave it up to them and know you will end up with something beautiful. Flowers come with a hand written note, card with instructions, and flower food (or whatever it's called). Their pricing is quite reasonable for the quality of their flowers. I think the fact that they are an online only deliver service probably saves them a lot of overhead costs. Definitely recommend supporting this local business -- we all need something nice like flowers to uplift us during this pandemic. read more

Smooth transaction considering I am out of the country. I used to work in Toronto downtown but have to moved out of country back around 1999. Then I need to place a quick order and they have handled the order on-time and have sent order confirmation with picture for the delivery via text. This shop kept popping up on Instagram, luring me in with gorgeous photos. It's January, it's cold and it is a pandemic. Blah. So I ordered bouquets for my MIL in Markham and SIL in Toronto "just because". I ordered two different versions of the Farmboy. This shop does not have a huge selection, but what they have is lovely. They were also awesome letting me know when the blooms were delivered. The flowers were appreciated. I will absolutely use them again. I love that they cover most of the GTA. (Don't worry, I treated myself too by pre-ordering a Valentine's bouquet and letting my husband know how thoughtful he was ;) read more

TonicBlooms is the bomb! I've ordered multiple times. Their website is excellent, has great selection and organization, and is easy to use. On the most recent order's delivery day, they sent a text with a tracker, and I could track where the delivery was so I had a heads up and could track the delivery car making its way. So I FaceTimed the recipient to make sure she answered the door. Last year she didn't want to answer because she wasn't expecting anyone (a good thing). She was on the phone when I FaceTiemd her to get her off that call just in time. Nice! The flower arrangements themselves are gorgeous, and as depicted on the website. read more

I always admire the flower arrangements at Dineen so one day I decided to ask the staff about them. Tonic Blooms is still relatively new to the scene, but will definitely grow bigger. I've had experiences where I was overwhelmed with all the choices of arrangements. TB, however, keeps it simple. They usually have 3-4 arrangements and change it up every few months. The bouquet always comes in their signature denim wrap. There is no physical shop so everything is online, which is convenient. If you're within the delivery zone, flowers can arrive within two hours. That being said, if you contact them about delivery outside of the zone, they can always figure out a solution for you. For Mother's Day, I ordered a bouquet a flowers, but my mother lives a couple of major streets north of St Clair. This was not a problem. After I called TB, the flowers were on its way. I'll definitely continue ordering from these guys. For Mother's Day, they teamed up with other businesses to create gift boxes. I can't wait to see for Tonic Blooms to expand. I live in LA and wanted to find a florist who designed beautiful bouquets. I stumbled across Tonic Bloom and they were more than I could think they'd be. Ordering from afar was easy, precise down to automated texts of when the order was confirmed AND delivered. I got the thank you call from my friend and he was beyond touched. I ordered from Tonic Blooms from my cell phone, in Vancouver, in less than 5 minutes. At lunchtime I realized I missed a friend's birthday in Toronto - that's 3 hours ahead of me so time was ticking! When their site gave me a window of 1-2 hours from the time I placed my order I was sure it had mistakenly used Pacific Time. But it hadn't! The gorgeous blooms were somehow in my friend's arms in 90 minutes. With a handwritten card! I don't know what kind of sorcery is going on over at Tonic Blooms but I sure am grateful. Highly recommended for when you're in a bind or even when you're not. read more

They're all the more special as he seems to design each bouquet in layers. On pickup you'll have an already bloomed set of beautiful flowers which last at roughly 6-7 days, the filler is accompanied by unbloomed buds which tend to blossom after 5-7 days of pickup. This bouquet appears to have a third layer of unbloomed lilies which I assume will blossom within a few days as well. Where a typical bouquet is thrown out after a week, Kyle's arrangements always last a minimum of two weeks! I will continue to be loyal to Growers Flowers. Without fail, an amazing experience time & time again.
