Then came some wonderful therapeutic massage with Geraldine she is just magic and I am pleased to report that I'm finally starting to feel like myself again ! Ashleigh, though slight, must have been hiding forearms like Popeye under her uniform. She was more than able to beat the tension out of my calves and shoulders leaving me feeling great. She was also very good at allowing the conversation to ebb and flow, as some of the calf work was pretty tender and I didn't feel too chatty. The venue was easy to find, and was very comforting, the treatment room especially was lovely and warm (convenient when you are stripping down to your skivvies). It thought it was slightly on the expensive side for a sports massage when I booked, but in retrospect, it's perfectly priced, well worth the extra pennies.

The needling was very gentle, with minimal amount of needles and Moxibustion was also incorporated; this was heavenly and the warmth through the needle brought immediate relief. Hi I thought I would do a decent review for a change as in plenty of detail, I know that's what I…read morelike to read Well I have had these stress headaches and pains in my neck and back probably due to work so thought I would try acupuncture as GP just gives me pain killers and these are fine for a while but just hide the problem and I don't want to become dependent on them Anyway I Googled 'Acupuncture in Chester Hoole' as was working in in the area and came across 'the Hoole Acupuncture clinic' so I thought I would try it others pop up also but have not tried them. This clinic is quite a small one but trendy and smart and in a really nice part of town. This is ok because it feels comfortable and professional and classy but not like you are going to pay over the odds ( I compared prices afterwards and actually it is really good value!) Parking (always an issue): the parking outside is ok and free but only for a short time (30 min) but I recommend using the parking around the corner, it is free and you can park as long as you like so I was not distracted by thinking about the car. In terms of the treatment I have to admit I was not expecting much at least for the first visit as I was really just about willing to try anything. However I have to admit I felt quite a lot better straight away. After several treatments I am not on the pain killers even and just visit from time to time when in the area just because it seems to keep me 'in the zone' and relaxed mentally.

Moime is very professional and the clinic has a calm and tranquil feel that immediately puts you at ease. The treatment room is at the back of the clinic and behind the consultation room so it is quiet and private. Moime takes the time to talk to clients to find out best treatment required. One day I arrived I had a headache, Moime said she would give me something for it as part of my treatment and by end of the session the headache was gone. I was surprised but it worked. Moime can also do acupuncture for relaxation and I've found it a more beneficial alternative to massages to relieve back tension. I definitely now believe in acupuncture and would highly recommend Moime.
