Registration was…read morefairly painless but as a came from a small practice before coming to a larger one was a bit daunting. So far they have been great when arranging appointments and I've yet to be refused. They have a new arrival system where you auto check in - it should be convenient but I haven't once not had to ask the receptionist about what its saying, often it tells me I'll have to wait over 60mins as they are running late -when in reality its fine! They also have a handy pharmacy on site, however if your appointment is after 3 I wouldn't bother as it's packed from then until closing on all the days I've been so far

Doctors are knowledgable and to the point and though there is not an inbuilt pharmacy there is one just down the road. Good disabled access, with visiting nurses, mental health and various other clinics.
