The centre is set in a house on a leafy road in Whalley Range just opposite the Spire hospital. It has a cozy rather than clinical feel to it I went for a 90 minute aromatherapy massage with Emma. The consultation was based around my muscular concerns and any aches or tension I had. Emma then asked what oils I wanted and whether I wanted relaxing, uplifting or a tension soothing oil mix. Oils blended the massage commenced with Emma working her magic on my lower back and shoulders, then thighs, calves and ankles ( I never knew that soooo much tension could exist in your ankles!) moving on to arms, neck, face and scalp. I came out feeling pleasantly relaxed and peaceful and at £48 for the treatment it was very reasonable. I've booked to go back again in 2 weeks time and may see if I can get a cheeky Indian head massage in in between. Would definitely recommend giving the centre a try it's good for your well being!

In the lead up and with the coronavirus situation, I contacted them several times to ask what would be happening with the course, with the possibility on pulling out, because I am in a high risk group for the virus. I received absolutely no response from the school and still haven't as of today (5th April). This is absolutely unacceptable. They have £550 of my money and have taken no responsibility for what is going on. I just hope that I can get the money back by going through my bank.

A thorough initial consultation and a clear explanation of his diagnostic using user friendly 3D graphics. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say and this practice enabled me to return to work and finally to be walking without sticks or wheelchair. Not a miracle but a professional clinical intervention in a safe, quiet and accessible environment. Private treatment is never cheap but at £45 a session (£35 concessions) it is very competitive and includes thorough guidance on exercise and rehabilitative activity. A very professional set up above POD in Levy, they have different therapists working on different days so it's definitely worth checking out their website and working out who is best for the day's you're free. You also book directly with them. It was £40 for the initial 1.15 hour session and it's £30 for an hour normally which I think is pretty good value overall. I felt really good afterwards, if you need some alternative/Chinese therapy in your life then go for it!

Moime is very professional and the clinic has a calm and tranquil feel that immediately puts you at ease. The treatment room is at the back of the clinic and behind the consultation room so it is quiet and private. Moime takes the time to talk to clients to find out best treatment required. One day I arrived I had a headache, Moime said she would give me something for it as part of my treatment and by end of the session the headache was gone. I was surprised but it worked. Moime can also do acupuncture for relaxation and I've found it a more beneficial alternative to massages to relieve back tension. I definitely now believe in acupuncture and would highly recommend Moime.

This gave me severe neck, shoulder pain and headaches. I was unable to have my neck touched as I was in so much pain. My GP prescribed strong pain killers- this was unfortunately all I had to look forward to was the continuation for the rest of my life - taking numerous strong painkillers every day. I passed the Hoole Acupuncture Clinic on my way home from my daughters and booked an assessment for the following week. Last ditch attempt to get some help. Moime gave me a full assessment and treatment which lasted 1.30 hours. The clinic and atmosphere was professional, efficient and relaxed. After the treatment I had the first reasonable nights sleep. I knew and expected my condition to improve slowly, but it most certainly has made my life very much improved. I also suffered badly with anxiety which was also treated. I can not thank Moime enough for helping me. My life is much less restricted and can enjoy life to the full I still continue to attend especially during the winter as it is aggravated during winter months and as always my treatment works effectively.
