This is not about this store this is about the UPS on 11th st where the trucks is I had some…read moreimportant paperwork sent to ups from another state they received me package at 5am on the 23rd and they keep scanning it everyday saying out for delivery on truck and I haven't got it yet I called up there and they said come get it if it's not delivered by 6pm today 1/27/2025 which they didn't deliver it nobody was really looking for it they didn't care I drove all they way there for them to not look for it amd tell me to try again tomorrow I promise I almost losted it but I had to stay cool honestly I'm starting to think someone stole it because if it was scanned they should be able to see who scanned it but they are acting like they don't know who did it so when I go back tomorrow and it's not there I will get the police involved and my lawyer because something ain't adding up

Once they finally began to listen to my request (for one football trophy), they still seemed to rush me through my choices. Once my order was finished within the next week, I did not get a cal that my order was complete. I called on the day I was told it would be ready and I was told I would have to call back over the next two days to see if it was done (and that if I didn't pick it up, they'd be out for a week and closed for spring break and I'd have to wait). Once I was able to pick up my order, I noticed they changed the specific and detailed order without contacting me beforehand for approval and they didn't seem to care that I didn't appreciate the change.
