I chose text-and-talk since I have poor eyesight and difficulty reading browsers' small print on a cell phone . There are other devices for browsing the internet. Instead of a monthly payment for service, I pay forward, adding to the balance when needed. The clerks are friendly, helpful & courteous. Their advice fits what the customer need, instead of canned advice from an AI. I can't say much about T-Mobile's troubleshooting service since there has been no trouble with service during the years I've use T-Mobile.

Was disappointed because I didn't get a reply back and when I emailed them and said I was upset, that they had not responded in three days. I had a call the next day. They had evidently been out here and just gotten back. They came right out. The people were very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn't be fixed but the washer could and it's running perfect now.
