Then he claimed the shipping address, which I had used numerous times in the past, didn't exist and did not give me the option to add any insurance to the packing which I knew was somehow incorrect as I have shipped many things with Staples in the past. I ended up going to a UPS Store a few miles away. Terrible service and unacceptable poor attitude.

Once they finally began to listen to my request (for one football trophy), they still seemed to rush me through my choices. Once my order was finished within the next week, I did not get a cal that my order was complete. I called on the day I was told it would be ready and I was told I would have to call back over the next two days to see if it was done (and that if I didn't pick it up, they'd be out for a week and closed for spring break and I'd have to wait). Once I was able to pick up my order, I noticed they changed the specific and detailed order without contacting me beforehand for approval and they didn't seem to care that I didn't appreciate the change.
