He came to the local harem store and helped us find the parts we needed. He demonstrated an eye to saving us money while making sure the repairs were done right. He improvised when necessary, adapting the casing for our dishwasher by replacing the old, stripped holes with new fastening points. He replaced our kitchen faucet.
