They greet you at the entrance and will explain the wash packages to you - taking all major credit cards and cash. You also get free vacuums with your wash! The only thing that I would love to see - some type of membership where you can pay a monthly fee and have unlimited washes. But hey - who doesn't enjoy seeing "Ella May" with her sexy blonde hair blowing in the wind, swinging that sign all day long!

Getting out at home, the entire right side of our vehicle had an oil sheen. I went back and the guys said they had had a hydraulic leak which was now fixed, and they would wash the car and then I could go back through the wash. The guys squeezed Dawn over the right side, started hand scrubbing, then I entered the automatic was again. Got home and there is still a sheen all over the right side. All of those automatic scrubbers on the right side are probably soaked with oil! Already had a few things on my plate for the day and did NOT need something else. Not blaming the guys ... it wasn't their fault, but I am Not happy!
