I chose Economy Tires to do my repair because of the reviews and the location. They did a wonderful job. They found a nail in my front tire and plugged it up. They couldn't remove my tire because I had a lock on it and didn't have the tool, but he put soap and water on the tire looking for the leak. He found it easily and I was out of there quickly and it was only $10! I felt so badly for them working in this heat that I gave them a nice tip for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to go to these gentlemen to fix your tires. They took good care of me and were very honest.

I took my truck in for an insurance claim. I was told it should take about three weeks to complete…read moreand I would be back on the road. After 4 months of "It will be done next week" I finally received word the truck was finished while I was out of town working. I arranged for someone to go pick the truck up for me. When they got there the truck was torn apart still. The work that was completed was all done incorrectly. The truck was in such bad shape I had to have it towed to another shop to have it fixed correctly. Once the truck was inspected by the other shop it, it was discovered that BBs used wrong parts on my truck, charged insurance for work they didn't even complete. The estimate doesn't match the invoice. Numbers were altered so they would get the same amount from the estimate without replacing everything they wrote on the estimate. Long story short they charged $8,200 for an oil pan gasket to be replaced. My emergency brake cable was cut and at first BBs denied cutting it, then later on said they remembered doing it and just forgot to replace it. They broke the door panel handle was broken and they attempted to glue it back together. ( They can't even super glue correctly) The whole process with this place was a nightmare. After addressing these issues with them, they haven't even offered to make it right, or even apologize. Instead they go straight to the defensive and try to make excuses and play the victim. ( watch them come up with every excuse on the replies) Just left an attorney's office and after showing the attorney all the paperwork, invoices, estimates, texts, and along with statements of other shops and personnel that were directly involved with all this, it was clear that they were definitely in the wrong. If they put as much effort into working on vehicles as they do making excuses, it probably wouldn't be a bad shop. They are riding the Cunningham's name the best they can to make them look like a legitimate automotive shop.

When they refilled the tire after the repair, a belt broke and I ended up having to buy a new tire. That was negative #1. The tires weren't balanced afterwards, so it rode with a shudder until we got someone else to fix it. The biggest problem I had was when they either were changing the oil or fixing the tire, they slammed my front bumper into something (my car is lower to the ground) cause damage to my driver's side bumper. Now I could have handled that better, but the kicker was, on my sheet that outlined what services were rendered, they put at the bottom that I came to them with my bumper like that. Which I absolutely did not, I think I would have known that happened had I been the one to do it. But because they lied on the paper, my lawyer said it was basically my world against theirs and that I probably would not have enough money to go against a big company such as Walmart, which is true. So I will have to repair all of the damage myself and warn any and everybody I can not to trust this place. I'm sure there is camera footage somewhere of what happened but, again, I'm only a nurse and do not make enough to fight this when it would be cheaper just to fix it myself.
