I got an oil change, my coolant replaced, and new wiper blades installed for $110 in total, and they checked/refilled all the other fluids, washed my windows, and vacuumed the interior of my car as well. They told me to have my suv towed to there location they would pay for the tow ,put my suv on there there auto computer system at there shop and gladly fix the problem because it was there fault ! The next day I get a call from the tow company ! Grease monkey would not pay the tow bill ! After I followed the tow truck down to the Murry location that night to drop off my suv .the manager told the tow truck driver that grease monkey would be picking up the tow bill ! After the tow company called me telling me they would not pay the tow bill,I contacted the Murry location asking why they claimed after looking at my suv it was not the foult.if anyone has had issues with this location please contact me -*

Took my rv in to fix motor ac which was blowing air but not cool. They replaced compressor and various other parts. Picked up rv on short ride home seemed to be working. A couple weeks later took rv trip and ac not working. Called cunningham and took back for repair. They said compressor was leaky and replaced it again. They said it was ready for pickup but when i tried it was not blowing any air. I had to wait until Larry got back from lunch then i told him didn't appear to be fixed. Was blowing cold air through defrost but not through front vents. He said i would have to take it to rv place. Wtf? He said he told my husband that from beginning which is bs. Unfortunately my husband want with me. How could he have told him when that wasnt even a problem in the beginning!!! This symptom started only after they worked on rv. So rather than argue i left and of course i was pissed and disappointed. I don't appreciate lying, partially fixing ac, and not to mention treating me like the dumb wife when i am the principle for this rv! Hours of research and youtube videos later... i found vacuum line abraded and replaced. Vacuum line to reservoir hanging down and not reattached. Dumb. Thankfully i was able to fix but have lost all confidence in these supposed ac experts just quitting midstride and leaving me in a lurch! A holes, will not do business with cunningham in murray ky again.

Instead of doing their job and cleaning the fuel system, they immediately claimed my engine needed to be replaced -- citing damaged spark plugs and low oil pressure without fully investigating the cause. I paid for a diagnostic and was left with a terrifying (and clearly exaggerated) assessment. I decided to have my vehicle towed to Coad Toyota Paducah, and the difference in service was night and day. The real issue? - They flushed the tank - Replaced a single oil pressure sensor - Verified the spark plugs were completely fine - No engine damage whatsoever. My total cost was $1,173.04, not a $7,000+ engine job. The original dealership never even drained the diesel! Whether this was negligence or an attempt to upsell a major repair, it's completely unacceptable. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion, I could've wasted thousands based on their lazy, irresponsible recommendation. I've escalated this to Toyota Corporate and will be warning others to avoid this service center at all costs. Protect yourself -- always get a second opinion.
