I received a work truck yesterday that I expect to be driving daily for my job for the foreseeable…read morefuture. The truck is relatively new (2 years old with 47k miles) but clearly had been smoked in with dogs also riding in the back seat. There was dog hair and odor that needed to be removed (full detail needed same day). Looked up local detailers and Bill's was on the list. When I called Bill answered and said they would get it done today. I dropped it off a couple hours later and was greeted by Charles and later by Bill. I explained what all I wanted done and they said they'd take care of me. It was a higher price than originally discussed over the phone but it's a 3/4 ton pickup and the services to be performed made the cost seem reasonable. My truck was ready at 5:30 pm that day and looked great. Inside and out, the truck was in top condition. Shampooed carpets and seats, all surfaces cleaned, exterior washed and waxed, engine compartment looks new, blacked out frame and leaf springs, etc. Really appreciate the prompt and courteous service. Well done!

Ran our Equinox through the wash this afternoon. On the way home, we thought the passenger side…read morewindows were fogged up. (Never happened before.) Getting out at home, the entire right side of our vehicle had an oil sheen. I went back and the guys said they had had a hydraulic leak which was now fixed, and they would wash the car and then I could go back through the wash. The guys squeezed Dawn over the right side, started hand scrubbing, then I entered the automatic was again. Got home and there is still a sheen all over the right side. All of those automatic scrubbers on the right side are probably soaked with oil! Already had a few things on my plate for the day and did NOT need something else. Not blaming the guys ... it wasn't their fault, but I am Not happy!

I'm in a membership!! lol lying bunch of crooks! but oh you cannot get your money back but I can cancel membership! first of all, they spray one side of your car before you go in ! When I called to question them the line was on hold for 15 minutes! sounds to me like no one liked them using their money without permission!! I will NEVER patronize this place again!!
