Our Rav 4 is 6 months old and damaged enough that we couldn't drive it. Toyota roadside assistance dispatched Jamie to tow us to the nearest dealer. While on our way to the dealer, I called the dealer and they told us no Toyota dealer in the area does body work. Jamie said he could do the job but didn't want us to feel "any pressure to do business with him." After being with him about 15 minutes, I had a lot more confidence in him than any car dealer I've ever dealt with--the guy is impossible not to like. He drove us to a car rental place in Murray, although his shop is in Hardin. He recommended restaurants in the area and offered to take care of the tomato plants I was hauling home. More importantly, he was specific about when he could get the parts and the job done. This was a Friday and I talked several times that day with my insurance company. My insurance company eventually told me they could not get an adjuster there until Monday but that the local adjuster knew Jamie and on that basis authorized him to start work immediately without them having to see the damage. When we went to get stuff out of the car Friday evening, he had already started work. He got the job done when promised and we finished the rest of our drive home this afternoon without a hitch. And I defy anyone to tell me the car was severely damaged 9 days ago. It looks and drives as good as new. We invited Jamie to visit us in Colorado and take him to a ball game. Can't say I've ever been so inclined with any other car dealer/repair shop.

Terrible Service! Nothing professional with this company at all. We hired them to come detail…read moreour boat, they didn't even do a good wash let alone any detailing. Called as soon as we arrived as we only paid half their fee until we actually saw the work performed and Thank Goodness for that. They over charge already for the service but gave the benefit of the doubt they would be great! So WRONG! They were to come on Monday to check it out ,as we did take many pictures and sent to them. Brandon stated he would be there first thing to make it right. Went from 7am to 10ish to "we had an accident" to again another 2 days later be there early- no show - we cleaned up their mess ourselves for 4 hours. We sent them a text again and told them not to bother anymore we cleaned it up a week later on our own. BTW,Our boat is not a year old! Garaged and always covered if on the lift.
