On my last visit I was told I should just turn in the claim to my insurance. They greet you at the entrance and will explain the wash packages to you - taking all major credit cards and cash. You also get free vacuums with your wash! The only thing that I would love to see - some type of membership where you can pay a monthly fee and have unlimited washes. But hey - who doesn't enjoy seeing "Ella May" with her sexy blonde hair blowing in the wind, swinging that sign all day long!

I went back and the guys said they had had a hydraulic leak which was now fixed, and they would wash the car and then I could go back through the wash. The guys squeezed Dawn over the right side, started hand scrubbing, then I entered the automatic was again. Got home and there is still a sheen all over the right side. All of those automatic scrubbers on the right side are probably soaked with oil! Already had a few things on my plate for the day and did NOT need something else. Not blaming the guys ... it wasn't their fault, but I am Not happy!
