My previous resume was acceptable, or so I thought. It was a basic format that wasn't all that eye-catching. Likewise for my cover letter. I was job searching and not getting any bites. I was a bit frantic when I called Job Search Divas, but she was quick to provide very comforting words. After consulting with Elizabeth during an initial introduction call, I knew I met the right person to help ignite my job search. I knew she'd take my resume and cover letter to the next level. She worked with me to really highlight my skills and the great work I have done in the past. She was very patient and incorporated everything I requested in my cover letter and resume. Elizabeth also gave me great advice about LinkedIn and how it would be helpful in my job search. If you are considering a resume and cover letter service, I highly recommend Job Search Divas. I really enjoyed my experience and think Elizabeth is fabulous.

I've just finished up week 4 at my new job…read more Life circumstances had brought me to taking a professional leave for 3 years. Coming out of that leave, ready to get back to the working world, I was looking at a resume that really hadn't been updated for... a while. My resume needed an overhaul, as did my confidence. I didn't realize that I would get both from a Yelp search. I 'interviewed' a couple of career/job search professionals. Elizabeth just seemed like a smart, insightful, professional, but very approachable, good human. In a fairly painless process, she gleaned the facts as well as the nuances of what I bring to the table professionally (as well as the dishes that I had brought to previous 'pot lucks'.) And she made them sound really good - enough so that it took a while for me to embrace that the end result wasn't full of half-true embellishments, but a more confident way to represent my real skills and temperament.. I would hire me! As I hadn't had to 'really' interview for a new job in (ahem) decades, I had so many concerns and questions. In addition to overhauling my resume and making my LinkedIn profile look like I'm an adult, Elizabeth took the time to answer all of the concerns that I shared with her, even throughout my interviewing process. She was a touchstone of my navigation of the whole 'adventure', a cheerleader, a support, a reality check. I made a really good decision in hiring her.

Coming from a no-name international school (not known to the U.S. application dropdown menu), I was hoping that I "had it in me", but at the same time know that I needed to craft the perfect application, most importantly the essays, to stand out. My first call was into Sandy Kreisberg. My second into Scott. I went with Scott, and never regretted it. The results spoke for themselves: 4 applications (all top schools), 3 admissions, including my dream choice: Stanford GSB. Scott knows inside out how to tailor your best and hightest-chance-of-success application package. He continually challenged me to craft the unique and authentic essays that opened the doors to the top MBA programs for me. And as if that all was not already a utopia of awesomeness, Scott helped me secur e a full-ride scholarship from my national government. I mean, give me a break, Scott. When I arrived on campus, GSB's (back then) Dean of Admissions Derrick Bolton took me by the side and told me it was my "What Matters Most To You and Why" essay that made the difference. I honestly look at that essay and I think it's the best piece I have ever written in my life. Would have not been the case without Scott. Beyond essays, Scott is a fountain of wisdom for school selection, general application strategies, resume editing, picking recommenders, and being there for you during the emotional rollercoaster than MBA applications can be. Take my word. I could not think of a better person than Scott to partner up for this journey that can be such a life-changer. Certainly was for me. THANK YOU, SCOTT.

Thanks to him and Product School. I also liked the course material and how it was structured. It's quite relevant to the industry. One recommendation I have for Product School is to include more Agile specific material and get rid of Waterfall material as it's getting obscure nowadays. I would highly recommend this course to individuals looking to pivot to Product Management. It was worth the buck.
