I had asked for more of a deep tissue pressure as I tend to carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and lower back and was pleasantly surprised with how relaxing it actually was. I felt immediately better and went to work that afternoon feeling lighter (albeit sore in a good way). The environment of the spa is fine, I don't necessarily need much when it comes to the ambiance of a spa but it was good for the price point. There was also a $10 discount for each of our massages as it was before 1pm, so that was also nice to find out after the fact. I'm on an extended work assignment in Fort Lauderdale, and will try to have one more massage before I leave. Hopefully a 90 minute massage next!

Victoria not only can tell all your stressed areas of your body but she helps me mentally when I'm super stressed out! It's a complete body and mental health treatment! My massage was so fantastic that I went and booked a massage for my husband for Sunday. He loved it so much...he felt so relieved of all his stress from work! We both will definitely be back! WOW!!! TLDR; hurry and contact Akeem to get the coolest massage experience…read more I was googling fascia massage in search of a new massage place in Broward county and I stumbled into pictures and reviews for this business. The pictures looked really cool and I gravitated to other reviewers sharing their experiences with this place so wanted to give it a try. I texted Akeem a week prior to the appointment and it was easy to coordinate. Fascia Focus is located on Wilton Manor Drive in the executive suites building across from Wilton Creamery. When you walk into the business, Akeem's energy is just as other clients describe - warm, tender, intentional and validates that you're in for something special. The space itself is cooler than the photos show - every detail about your experience is well thought out. Now, the massage. The scalp massage is unmatched and I probably could have a whole session of just that. The entire session followed with just the right pressure, stretches, and a quick 5 min rest with weighted blanket and gongs was beautiful. Highly recommend this business.
