I felt immediately better and went to work that afternoon feeling lighter (albeit sore in a good way). The environment of the spa is fine, I don't necessarily need much when it comes to the ambiance of a spa but it was good for the price point. There was also a $10 discount for each of our massages as it was before 1pm, so that was also nice to find out after the fact. I'm on an extended work assignment in Fort Lauderdale, and will try to have one more massage before I leave. Hopefully a 90 minute massage next!

I had a small language issue which led to my therapist losing his patience. Also when I arrived I had to call the phone number listed so that someone would open the door. Parking here is extremely limited as there are only a handful of parking spaces in this small strip mall. Street parking will probably be your option here. They also do full body massage.
