I had asked for more of a deep tissue pressure as I tend to carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and lower back and was pleasantly surprised with how relaxing it actually was. I felt immediately better and went to work that afternoon feeling lighter (albeit sore in a good way). The environment of the spa is fine, I don't necessarily need much when it comes to the ambiance of a spa but it was good for the price point. There was also a $10 discount for each of our massages as it was before 1pm, so that was also nice to find out after the fact. I'm on an extended work assignment in Fort Lauderdale, and will try to have one more massage before I leave. Hopefully a 90 minute massage next!

Minimal changes have been made to the inside other than some decorations, but it's still a nice place. $50 for an hour massage before 1pm and $60 for an hour massage after that. Of course I got there after. The facility was clean and calming and that ridiculous spa music they normally play wasn't that bad. This time it was pretty soothing The masseur asked what kind of pressure I liked and checked in randomly to make sure I was ok. I am not a fan of chatty masseurs so this was perfect. Perfect amounts of pressure and lotion were used. I didn't realize I had so many knots in my back! The only downside is that they use that cheap paper over the tables so you end up sticking to the paper. The massage was a full hour- I hate when they try to skimp and do only 50 minutes, but I timed it and it was complete. There is a 6 percent charge of you use your credit card. They also have a program where after so many massages they give you a thirty minute massage for free. I hope this place is here for awhile because I'm a fan.

I recently visited the Wilton Manors location and received an extraordinary, rejuvenating massage from Ugo. In a very stressful world, he offered me an hour of true peace. As a Transgender woman, I often move through public spaces with a sense of guardedness. However, Ugo's presence was a beacon of safety and respect. He was attentive and kind, reminding me that authentic human warmth still exists. While most of the staff were lovely, I did feel a very uncomfortable and rude energy from one staff member (I think he is a Brazilian guy and his name is Julio). He was very disrespectful to me.
