I booked a 3:00 PM appointment, and shortly after finishing work, I called to see if I could push it to 3:30 PM since I was driving from Miami and anticipated traffic. Unfortunately, I did end up getting stuck in traffic, so I called again to inform them I would be late and asked if there were any later openings. When I spoke with the front desk representative, I explained my situation, but I didn't feel I was given much flexibility or understanding. The interaction felt very dry, and not the level of customer service you'd expect especially for a first-time customer who is genuinely interested in the business and even considering a membership. I was simply told that if I arrived late, my session time would be reduced and I would still be charged, with a 50% fee applying. Considering I was already paying close to $200 for a 50-minute session, this felt disappointing given the circumstances. That said, once I arrived, the experience completely changed. The massage therapist was excellent professional respectful of time, and delivered an outstanding service. The massage itself was easily a 10/10. Overall, I believe this place has great potential. My only recommendation would be for the front desk staff to be more accommodating and empathetic, especially with first-time clients. A more flexible and welcoming approach would go a long way in creating a better overall experience. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but that's somewhat expected for the Fort Lauderdale area.

7/26 I am not going to exaggerate the massage I had…read more Actually, I will break it down how it went. 1) asked for couples massage for 90min 2) massage of the neck was great 3) head massage, nice. Patting my head all over with her hands, not great. 3) using the poles - reaching up to my back and doing slight jumps while digging her toe in my spine with her full weight on it... just think about that. I did tell her the first time I did not like it, and eventually told her to stop all together and move on. 3) technique - poor. Used her fingers to press with her SHARP nails the whole time. She was scratching me everywhere. It wasn't a massage, it was "pressing" everywhere with sharp nails digging in. When it came to the attempt of "gliding", I swear it was more like petting me than anything. No pressure, just pets. 4) came in at 7:20, massage started at 7:30. We stopped the massage 50mins in before calling it quits at 8:20. Went to the front desk and spoke with the receptionist in private. Told her that particular masseuse would benefit from more training. Was not offered a refund, nor the $80 we didn't use for the time we were supposed to get. Receptionist started to say we should have said something. I did, I told the receptionist to tell the owner the masseuse needs more training and we won't be going back, especially when paying $250 for 2 ppl for that. The other masseuse was "petting" my partner too. Said it wasn't great. Conclusion: customer service should be at the top instead of making excuses or trying to make up for the disappointment of the service (such as a refund or taking responsibility, maybe offering water or to come back with a different masseuse). Continuous training (real training) is needed. Hygiene of the nails is SO important. PS: the place down the street at Lotus H2O is WORTH the money and has the best techniques for the same price. They were fully booked at the time we wanted a massage so we looked for an alternative

The place was also quiet, unlike a lot of places that have the thin walls.
