Kenzie is amazing!!…read more I've gone to her a few times now and she is always so consistent. She does an incredible deep tissue massage and somehow always knows exactly what my body needs. What I really appreciate is that she remembers me from my last visit, so I never have to re-explain my problem areas or preferences -- I can just relax and know I'm in good hands. Every appointment with her is a great experience, and she's absolutely someone I'll continue coming back to. Highly recommend booking with Kenzie!

Right when you walk in, they ask you to rate the pressure you would like for the massage from 1-6. I circled 5/6. Amy walked on my back, used hot stones, did some stretches, the whole nine. So when putting your location in GPS, make sure you put in the address and Ft. Lauderdale. Waze sent us to Boca Ratón. Anyway the massage, top tier. My husband said it was the best he ever had and it's definitely top 3 for me. Somebodies auntie was on my back putting in WORK. Both the lovely woman working on me and the one working on my husband were really sweet and had great energy which is so important in a masseuse. That stuff transfers. They added hot stone and aromatherapy at no extra charge and I fell asleep. Not a k it to be found when I got off the table. We will definitely be back and the price can't be beat!

So happy they are just downstairs.

I am disappointed to have to share this feedback, but after my experience today, I will not be…read morereturning to your establishment. Before the massage began, I explicitly informed the masseuse, Nancy, that I was not comfortable with her touching or getting too close to my private areas. Despite communicating this boundary, she continued to touch me inappropriately close to those areas, and I had to remind her repeatedly, not once, twice, or even three times, that I was uncomfortable and did not want her touching me there. I left feeling violated, disrespected, and deeply uncomfortable. This was completely unacceptable, especially after I had clearly communicated my boundaries. Additionally, I was disappointed by the increase in prices. Customers are required to pay upfront, yet when my friend and I were preparing to leave, Nancy insisted that we each leave a $20 tip, despite gratuity being presented as a suggestion. I found this interaction unprofessional and inappropriate. A massage should be a relaxing experience where customers feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. The disregard for my clearly stated boundaries, combined with the pressure to tip, has significantly damaged my trust in your establishment. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses these concerns to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.

The girls were pretty...lol The hour massage was better than I have had in awhile and I did not feel rushed. The girl who did my massage even did a little reflexology on my feet which felt amazing!! Maybe next time I will come in for just the feet massage, its a little cheaper and I dont have to take my clothes off...lol I will be back :)

All the favorites are still there -- sauna, infrared, cold plunge -- all the good, restorative things -- but the expanded backyard creates such a beautiful, elevated vibe. The meditation room is absolutely perfect: cozy, grounding, and so peaceful you genuinely forget you're in the middle of Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I walked in, the team was warm and welcoming. Sasha greeted me with such kindness, setting the tone immediately. My therapist, Esteban, gave me a 90-minute deep tissue massage that was exactly what I needed. I walked in carrying so much stress I'm convinced my shoulders were practically up by my ears -- and he truly worked the muscles and joints with intention. Not a fluffy, oil-and-elbows massage, but real, therapeutic bodywork that made a difference. It felt like a little piece of heaven tucked inside the city. I love that they also host monthly events supporting artists -- such a thoughtful touch. I don't know why I don't come here more often, but I'm officially committed to changing that.
