Six stars or more. If five stars is as good as it gets, then Tom of 5 Points Massage is better than that. The place is small and next to Bona Italian restaurant (or at least it's easiest to find that, and then go around the corner). There are several interesting businesses including a tiny European bistro/cafe next door. These businesses share three free parking spots, but you have to get out and move the orange cone (and you have to read the signs). The 90 minute massage costs 95 bucks (there is a first timer discount, a referral discount, and gift cards available). The interior is clean, and top notch. The bathroom's sliding door is a seven foot tall sensual photo of men showering. It's tasteful. Tom has 25 years of experience and he still has the energy to try and get your muscles to not hurt. I started receiving massage therapy in 2009 for general health and well being, and have received over 200 LMT certified massages from dozens of therapists. I tried 5 Points Massage today for a 90 minute session, and Tom gets the award for best massage therapist (IMHO). The studio was clean and relaxing, while the temperature was comfortably cool. Tom does have strong hands and used adequate pressure intuitively, while incorporating stretching into the therapy. Fantastic technique. I'm glad to have found an excellent LMT again. read more
