Very friendly and accommodating. I had a very negative experience with my car dealer on changing…read moreoil. They told me they spelled oil while filling it but gad cleaned it up. The engine was smoking as I drove off. I took it back and they said they now steamed washed it and all was well. The car had a very small leak about once every week or two for the next couple of months. I decided to take my car to Pro Auto care. I asked for an oil change and to check out the leak. It turns out the oil filter was so tight the seal or cd something was no longer flush on the engine and allowed a lead (very small) of oil. Pro auto not only changed my oil but cleaned up the leaked oil and all seems well a couple of weeks later. Price is reasonable, people are professional and friendly. They tell you the truth and are quick, efficient and professional. Great service.

Impressed with this auto shop after one visit. Been to a lot of repair shops in 40 years and this…read moreone stood out. While in the Middletown area and Brake lights flashed for a few minutes. While waiting for my repair I could see and hear the top of line respect they had for each customer. How the whole shop worked in unison, provide customer rides while repairing their cars, had a sign on the wall that spoke of honesty and they have it her. I was told no problems with the brakes and didn't charge a dime and now they are my new repair shop. I live in Buechel but this place is worth the drive. They have another office in J-town.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for nearly three years and have no regrets! Everyone here is…read moreprofessional, friendly and honest. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of. We've all had that mechanic who was looking for the bottom of our wallet and didn't give a SHIZ about us. Most of my experience here has been with Chris. He's the best! He will explain everything to you in plain English. Several times I've been worried about a knocking, buzzing, smell, etc. and dropped my vehicle off here. Chris would call me ASAP he'sto say there's nothing wrong and you don't owe us anything!!! If you're worried about your ride and need an honest place to go, call these people!!

We have been loyal customers of this Big O Tires location for approximately 20 years, so today's…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. One of our tires developed a screw in the sidewall. We were told they would not replace the single tire and that we would have to purchase four new tires, even though all four tires were purchased from this store just 13 months ago and were under warranty. Naturally, we questioned why the warranty would not cover the damaged tire. Our call was handed off to the manager, David, who was clearly angry that he had to take the call. He immediately became argumentative, raised his voice, interrupted us, and showed no empathy for our concerns. He was dissmissive and told us we could get tires elsewhere. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I calmly explained that while I understood the policy, I felt his approach was unprofessional--especially toward customers who had been loyal to the store for approximately 20 years. He became angry again, spoke over me in front of other customers, argued about how long we had been customers, and threatened to delete our account. When I told him I was shocked by the way he was speaking to me, he responded, "I am not just the manager, I am the owner and you get what you give!" He then told an employee, "Air up her tire and get her outta here." I understand that sidewall damage may not be repairable and that there may be legitimate warranty limitations. My concern is not being told something I didn't want to hear--it is the disrespectful and unprofessional way the situation was handled. After approximately 20 years of loyalty, I expected much better.
