Each time they have had zero retro's in the men's and women's sections, which is primarily what I look for. That said, my wife and I were searching for a specific pair of Air Force's that the other stores didn't have in her size, and fortunately the park city store had them. It's still a good time to visit and check out what they have, I just wouldn't get your hopes up

On a recent visit, I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else so figured I'd give it a try and I was actually very surprised. This is a great store, bright and well organized - it really didn't take me long to find what I was looking for - in this case a nice loose fitting, light but warm sports shirt for exercising in or for general casual wear. I like that they specifically have a loose fit, their medium shirts are perfect on me and very comfortable to boot. With some brands I can't buy medium because it makes me look a bit, erm...well....lumpy around the waist! But if I go to large it hangs off me and also doesn't look good. Loose medium here fits perfectly and looks great. The quality seems to be on a par with Nike products, and that's a good thing, I find their stuff to be pretty durable and I'm finding the same with Under Armour's wares too. However, I feel Under Armour has a better selection of products. I think I may have found another new favorite brand.

Even as I purchased 3 pair, the same man didn't have the courtesy to say thank you to me for the purchase. There are a lot of places to shop so not sure why they care so little about customer service.

Anytime I'm in Park City I visit this store, same with the one in Utah County. The quality, texture and look of their clothing is second to none, and the staff has never been anything but friendly and helpful. Sure, it's an outlet and you won't win every time, but believe me when you do it's an awesome feeling and the clothing is amazingly durable and fits my (mostly) slender frame and I look and feel great as a result. What more is there to say? :)

Calvin Klein sells exceptional quality and fashionable clothing at this Park City location. But…read moredon't let the location fool you, this is NOT an outlet store. This Calvin Klein sells white label products, the best Calvin Klein offers. The only thing outlet about this store is the location and the prices. Everything is regularly on sale and frequently 50% off. Combine great sales with frequent coupons for Calvin Klein Preferred members, and you'll find AMAZING values. Like any clothing store, you won't love everything at Calvin Klein, but shop here frequently and you're sure to find some great items. They have clothing for men and women as well as accessories like purse, satchels, hats, and belts. This store also carries the CK perfumes and colognes. Some of my favorite clothing was purchased from this Calvin Kein store. I have several pairs of pants and several shirts from here that I really love. I also purchased the suit that I wore on my wedding day at this store. Calvin Klein clothing is well made and tailored to fit slender, athletic figures -- so it fits me great. And with their regular sales and coupons I can actually afford to buy clothing here. Thanks CK!

I became a fan of New Balance Tennis Shoes a number of years ago, and let me tell you, I'll never…read moreswitch to another brand if they keep to the amazing quality and durability. Sure, I'm no runner or athlete but I do walk a LOT (15k+ steps a day), mostly for exercise, but I also work for a company with a large HQ and find myself getting a lot of steps in there too. I would wear through tennis shoes in 3-4 months usually, but New Balance products really go the extra hundred miles and last way longer than cheaper brands, and they are the most comfortable brand around in my experience. I also like that some of their shoes are made (or at least assembled) in the USA, this is getting a rare thing these days. Yeah, you pay a bit of a premium but it's worth it, and having an outlet store for the brand is just awesome when you're looking to find a deal. Yeah, it's hit or miss I admit (factory stores just are in general let's face it), but that's the game and anytime I get a win it makes me happy!

A salesman there trying to convince me that a silk tie there is a great deal at $98. Absurd. My experience there was awful. The salesman I worked with sold me two pairs of Chino's. I asked him if the pants would come out of a tumble dryer without wrinkles and he suggested I try that. Turns out the pants were too small in the waist. I took them back to exchange for a larger size. All seemed to be going well and I was looking at a number of other items to purchase which would have added around $600-$700 to what I already purchased. I was then abruptly told I could not exchange the pants I had purchased because tags were removed but still in the bag and they had been washed. I had bought these pants two days prior. What a bunch of idiots who really are lame. Get this. I'm trying to not return but rather exchange the pants I purchased and I was also looking to make a significant purchase, in addition. Where is the common sense with this store's business's return policy and the knucklehead employee I had to deal with. (1) they made a $120 sale but lost a $700 sale (2) On top of that they not only lost the $600 additional sale but also a customer for life. I would never shop at this store again.
