As with anything that changes in life, haircuts, new procedures, meeting new people, there will be an adjustment. Didn't take me that long to accept the new changes. I've been to the zoo, I mean Super Store, and shopping here is so much more of a relaxed and comfortable environment. The staff is engaging and say "thank you" and "have a great day". I feel my patronage is appreciated at the neighborhood Walmart. The bathroom, the men's anyway, is remodeled and much nicer. The layout of the products is changed but I eventually figured it out. We can always find things we don't like but in the scale of Pro/Con, this place is clean, the staff smiles and they are constantly restocking the shelves so we don't have that out of stock experience. The seats are so uncomfortable its almost painful and cuts off circulation from the raised edge. There are often not enough of them and they dont hold a charge for long enough for shopping. There have been several times now when it slams to a stop in the middle of an aisle leaving me stuck and having to call someone for help. Accessibility is the biggest factor in where I choose to shop and this problem is ensuring disabled people spend their money elsewhere. I have been told by staff that these issues have been brought up with management but it has been completely ignored which is obvious. Very dissatisfied with this experience, do better
