I had extremely low expectations…read more Theme Parks have never been my thing typically in the past ... but as the years go by I've been progressively impressed with the varieties of activities, restaurants & entertainment offered by these big megaplexes. I thought that the choices of food was going to be underwhelming .. it wasn't. Truly surprised. Truly impressed. There is something to do for all ages. Remember to wear your MOST comfortable long wearing shoe you have cuz you're going to walk a LOT. You will get your exercise and steps in. Make sure you drink plenty of water& electrolytes... it's stupid hot at these types of places .. yes you can go inside air conditioned buildings to cool off .. but that's only to tempt you to buy things .. lol. Can't believe I was here at Universal City Walk 25 years .., it's only been here for 27 years ... so seeing how this place has matured over the years and how many new options they are putting in place .. I'm impressed with all the offerings I'm looking forward to trying that steakhouse that looks so modern and cool inside... it's called : BigFire. And .. another one that's catching my eye is The Palm. But we all know The Palm is always top tier .. top notch . Fantastic experience so I'd like to try BigFire. Has anyone tried Big Fire ? We were looking the for the Orlando International Premium Outlets down the street, but our GPS sent us here. Unfortunately we didn't realize our error until we already committed a chunk of time here. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

They are in a very heavy tourist area, so the crowds here seem constant. Imagine Christmas crowds all year long. Although they generally have a nice selection of items, the store is usually a mess. I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience.

I understand that may not seem like a lot but when I can get a good quality shirt on a clearance rack at Burlington for about five bucks $40 seems like quite the ripoff. The only thing I can say is that sometimes they do have decent things on clearance, but you really do have to dig. I have found that they also have a lot of similar things to Ross and Burlington clothes wise, which is why I really only prefer to look at the shoes when I go to Nordstrom rack. I like that they also have makeup and perfume there so that it is more of a one stop shop. They even have some toys and tons of kids shoes and clothes too. I like the Victoria's Secret shop here, comfy and affordable for the name brand. I remember coming here to the Nike shop to get work shoes years ago too. I've spent many summer days walking around the open air mall. Window shopping, shopping for school, then shopping for work. It's still a pastime with my family.
