It took about 5 minutes for us to be greeted by anyone working; there were two employees working behind the counter, both were busy making sandwiches. Eventually one let us know it was going to be a few more minutes before they could take our order, to which I didn't mind - I recognize it takes time to make sandwiches. We waited for a bit (probably ~10 minutes), and then decided to place an order with them online and continue walking around while we waited. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be ready, so maybe this is the best way to go about ordering so you're not just standing around. To clarify, I didn't mind waiting but it also made sense to place the order and then walk around while waiting. I ordered the North of I70 Italian sandwich, and indicated that I wanted mayo, mustard and oil + vinegar. My wife ordered the sweet baby turkey, and also asked for mayo and salt + pepper. Neither of our sandwiches had any condiments on them (pic included). Each sandwich cost $20, and while I realize that the price of good deli meat has gone up, it was definitely a bummer to not have exactly what we ordered on a sandwich that costs so much - $40+ for 2 standard size sandwiches. The other thing to note is that the mushrooms are not fresh - also included a pic of the mushrooms which I assume come from a can/jar. Had I known the mushrooms were not fresh, I would not have ordered them. I was really rooting for this place to be good, but was overall disappointed in the experience and outcome of our order.

It is definitely a little pricey- $25/person for a sandwich, chips and a beer/seltzer- but the sandwiches are good and are big enough that it left me stuffed so it's a decent value.

Tucked into the West Highlands, it strikes that rare balance between laid-back and lively. The vibe is warm, unpretentious, and genuinely welcoming, the kind of place where you can settle in for a quick drink, amazing food, and end up staying all day/ night. What really stands out is how consistent the experience is. Bar manager Brynn and owner Paul are extremely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and there's a strong sense that they know their regulars while still making new guests feel right at home. Grab a seat at the bar and let their expertise take you away.

We started with what might be one of the best bruschetta apps: grilled, charred bread topped with blistered heirloom tomatoes (those vibrant yellow and red ones!), creamy burrata (or whipped ricotta-like cheese), fresh basil, and a gorgeous balsamic drizzle. The contrast of the smoky, crispy bread with the juicy, roasted tomatoes and that rich, peppery cheese was so fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend sharing this one! Frankie's cocktails were spot-on too. We went for the perfect pink marg with Tajín rims refreshing, citrusy (heavy on the lime), with just the right kick of spice from the rim. They were dangerously drinkable and paired beautifully with everything. If you're in Denver craving a mix of elevated American small plates, killer cocktails, and top-notch sandwiches in a cool setting, this place is a must-try.

I ordered the Cobb Salad with creamy parmesan dressing. The salad came with lettuce, a sliced hard-boiled egg, a handful of cherry tomatoes, half an avocado, sliced cheese, sliced turkey cold cuts and a lot of chopped bacon and sliced onions. I started by removing most of the bacon bits and the overload of onions. If a salad is really good, I will often use very little dressing. There wasn't a lot of flavor to the veggies on their own so I added all of the dressing I was given. This particular salad didn't stand out. I wasn't crazy about the cheese. They used the individually wrapped, sliced cheese. I would prefer fresh, shredded cheese. The turkey was also just slices of deli meat which had been cut up and there wasn't very much of it. The employee who took my order was friendly and suggested the parmesan dressing which I did like. The salad itself was a great portion size and could easily be shared, but it didn't hit the mark. I'll stick to Snarf's sandwiches.
