I was trying to purchase a pair of children shoes and they were on sale. She tried arguing with me and told me they were not on sale. Another associate heard the conversation and informed her they were on sale. Got that resolved.the next day I returned a dress and of course had to stand in her line. Waiting in line I mention to a young lady that was accompany her elderly mom to download the Belk app and it might save her some money with the coupons. Miss Simmons over heard our conversation and said I did not know what I was saying and not to listen to me. The young lady told her that was very uncalled for. Miss Simons constantly made rude remarks towards me for just suggesting the app. I then said I was moving to the makeup counter to check out . miss Simons then hollered hallelujah!! very unprofessional! I went to the other register and the associate called in manager. She was very helpful and apologetic. I hope Miss Simmons gets lots of hugs and loves because she needs it. I got the impression this wasn't her first time being rude to customers.

I called to ask if I could return these as it was not what I asked for. They do not make returns on plants which if fine if they don't mislead a customer. Online citronella and geraniums are different species!! Citronella also do not flower! I do not recommend buying plants here as they will not take a return when they have made an error. Just because the sales associate calls a scented geranium a citronella for twenty years as I was told does not make it so. I would rarely comment online however this was a poor resolution which should have been simple. I have no other experience with the Georgetown Walker Brothers other than this one.

The crowds are one of the main reasons I hate coming to WalMart. Basically this WalMart has everything that all other WalMart superstores carry in addition to a gas station.
