With so many bad moving companies I was hoping yelp would help me find a good one. Unfortunately…read morethat was not the case here. They promised a lot. They were not the lowest price but seemed fair. But when it came time to move... it just became very unprofessional. They promised to help pack the day before but when the were supposed to come... First they were late, then the main guy showed up with his son and some trash bags. They basically put some clothes in a trash bag. They didn't help pack most of the stuff then complained that it wasn't ready on move out day AND THEY LEFT HALF THE STUFF. SEVERAL ITEMS BROKEN. NO REPLAY WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM. AVOID!!

Convinced they were legit I completed their CONTACT US email form describing the landscape work I wanted them to price. In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed. Because it was a landscaping job he said he'd have his business partner, Brantley, call to coordinate an appointment. I understood that he'd need to look at the work before giving me a price. Its been 8 days since the initial contact and still no call.

I do not recommend this company based on my experience with the landscaping owner, Charles Young…read more I hired the company to remove wood shavings, grade my yard, remove several small bushes, and remove rubber mulch from the front of my home. While I was initially patient regarding delays caused by storm-related work, communication throughout the project was poor. I was never given a clear schedule, and the crew arrived on multiple occasions without any prior notice. While monitoring the work from my security cameras, I became concerned that the crew was leaving before completing the agreed-upon services. I made several calls attempting to reach someone before they left, hoping to avoid further delays. When the owner returned my call, he spoke to me in a manner I found disrespectful and unprofessional, including making insulting comments and telling me that he did not need my business. Although Mr. Young later apologized and I apologized for repeatedly calling, the entire experience left a negative impression. The office receptionist was courteous and professional, and I appreciated her apology for the situation. Overall, the lack of communication, unannounced visits, and the owner's behavior are the reasons I will not use this company again. It's unfortunate because I had planned to hire them for additional projects in the future, but I will be seeking another company instead.
