We bought two equipment parts here after getting suggestions from the sales consultant and they did not work. We lost our own business for that day. Then, Tomco representative very IMPOLITELY stated that there would be a 20% restocking fee for a refund. There was NO apology for giving me the wrong parts and he tried to argue with me that I would have to pay 20% restocking fee which was $60 just to get a REFUND. I would really think about customer service, Tomco. read more

Just make sure you ask for Lee Simpson if you need service. You can't find anyone better.

Do not use this company. We used it and they came out 2 times and did nothing. Then they tried to tell us the service guy came during overtime hours???WTH? I did not request to come out after 4pm???? The guy told us we needed to order a part then left and sent a bill for 455.00. Not sure what it was for . But the customer service and service in general not good. Use Hagar instead. read more

Talked to a guy named Rudy in the the parts department who was extremely agitated at the fact he had to talk to me. He was exceptionally rude. He had the part I needed and I drove over an hour to pick it up even though it seemed as if he could care less if I showed up or not. I confirmed with him 3 times on the phone that he had this part available and even gave me a price. When I arrived at the building and was directed to Rudy he was the only person behind the counter. He told me he was on his lunch break and after a long pause told me he guessed he could help me since his nobody else in his department likes to do any work. Turns out he didn't have the part I needed and tried to tell me that was what I was told on the phone. Proceeded to argue with me for several minutes about how he had worked there for 30 plus years and would never tell someone that he had a part that they did not carry. He had his voice raised the entire conversation as if he thought I was hard of hearing or because I was Asian if he spoke louder I might understand English better. He slammed his fist down real hard on the desk and I decided to leave. I called Rudy back a few weeks later to maybe find out if I had just caught him on a bad day but I was met with the same rude and irritated attitude as if I was bothering his late afternoon nap. I decided I would no longer have a need to contact Tomco Services because of this man and he hung up on me but not before he called me an expletive dumbass. I assume he thought I had already hung up and that I would not hear this. I wonder how much business Tomco Services have lost because of this angry man? read more
