We had to overcome some obstacles such as; living very far from the construction site (FL), and a pandemic. Christian's team was excellent in communicating updates and concerns throughout the entire process. Christian not only built and completed the house, but kept assisting us when we needed something from afar. It is difficult to live so far away from our second home, but with Christian's excellent business ethic, we felt confident that he would take care of us (within reason) if we needed anything. We enjoyed working with Christian and his entire team and would highly recommend him. Kristin P. from FL.

The Linkey brothers, Justin and Chris, and their mighty crew of Manuel, Manuel, Tom, Scott, and…read moreRyan, just finished a major year-long renovation of our home in Dollar Point. We could not have been happier with the process of working with them, and with the result. They are true craftsmen, who take great care with the details that matter. They worked very well with our architect and designer, and did a stellar job of directing an array of sub-contractors, all of whom they have great relationships with. Justin and Chris always listened to what we wanted, and always tried to accommodate us, though they often had great ideas of their own that often swayed our decisions. Bi-weekly invoices were always very clear, providing great detail on each charge, including those from the subcontractors. At the end of each day, Justin and team did a thorough cleanup of the site. Our neighbors were never disturbed, and remarked on how friendly our contractors were. And indeed they were. We always enjoyed all of our discussions with Justin and Chris and their team. And we absolutely love the new home they have built for us! We give Linkey and Sons Construction our highest recommendation.

We were in need of someone professional to fix a job gone wrong. We reached out to Build your dream…read morebuilders and they immediately came out for a quote. Originally it was priced lower, but due to our circumstances we had to tear everything already done out and start fresh. With that being said we crunched numbers and went for it with the option of putting this on our credit card. Contract was not very detailed but had essentially the job listed we had to tackle. Work began promptly the following day! I was truly impressed Polo one of the workers did the demo by himself. Vadal & Omar came later. They were an amazing team. Job came out exactly how we anticipated the first time. We came across a few struggles while communicating with David (through Eli) it was not mentioned prior to signing contract that we would get a 3% charge for using our credit card which was an offer by Eli. We specifically asked about the floors and baseboards to be replaced or fixed. This never was completed which disappointed us however the overall request was magnificent. If you do decide to use this company do not be afraid they are great at what they do. There work is beyond any words. There performance is great!! However the communication and clarification can improve. Do not assume certain things will be completed. They should work on a more detailed contract with a clearer understanding of the job tasks. What will be included and will be an additional charge. Just be sure to clarify EVERYTHING before hand and get it in writing. Overall thank you for FINALLY getting us to a comfortable place in our home and bringing our vision to life.

Eli is not accountable, always makes excuses and keeps you hanging for weeks. Don't trust this guy, he's dishonest!
