I have a used car dealership with our own detailing crew and we use our steamer and extractor every day. With regular usage it has regular problems that come up and need fixing every couple of months or so. I was referred to Mark when one of our extractors stopped working and the original store I bought it from was being super useless. Met with Mark and explained the situation. He got it fixed quick and never had the same problem again ... and he got it done for free under warranty. My hose on the steamer dried up and started leaking . Checked some places to find something that would work and it tough to find and also expensive. Called Tomohawk and Mark ordered it yesterday and I already got it today. I think these guys are awesome and and very helpful. Mark has a dry sense of humor that can be hard to catch but he's a great guy and very helpful! read more

First time in their today and well the experience wasn't that great. Here is experience... I dealt with Mark (the manager there) and another guy who seemed a bit more willing to help. Anyways I felt as if I was a bit of an inconvenience to Mark and he was just trying get me out of his hair and back to doing nothing as thats what it appeared he was doing when I walked in. I was there inquiring about getting some parts for my Mytee extractor which I had recently bought. To which he quickly asked in kind of a rude way... "did you get it from us?" I replied "no it wasn't in stock." He said back "we could have ordered it for you." I replied back again "well my old unit broke and I needed one ASAP for my business and I couldn't wait 4-6 weeks for it" which at the time is what the lead time was. Right after that he was like what products do you use? Where do you get your detailing products? Clearing he was trying to sell me some of their stuff and not asking the right questions like why I was in there and how he could help with what I came in for. Just right off the bat Mark came cross as a bit of a ass. Anyways after a few minutes he showed me a part he could get for me and said to call him the next day and he will see what he can do to get it. After leaving and thinking back about the experience I'm like why should I have to call you back about the part to remind you to check on it? How about get my information and call me the next morning and let me know if the part is available? And when you could get it. Needless to say I won't be calling him or them back and will be spending my money else where. Just another business who doesn't know how to help the customer. I hear good things about this company and was recommended to them by Mytee themselves. I was left disappointed and won't be calling or returning and will also be letting my fellow detailers know how this company treated me and I recommend staying away and to give their business to companies who actually want to help the customer with why they came in in the first place. read more

They have bulk chemicals as well, they sell to dealerships, mobile detailers, or the home enthusiast like myself. Also have their in house pressure washer rigs as well that are super high quality units combining Honda engines with all the essentials, one even had a generator/alternator motor linked into the belt drive for the pressure washer to power any detailing tools you would use on the job. They also sell and distribute spot free water solutions like reverse osmosis and deionization. If you don't want to make your own...they sell the super pure water by the gallon. If you have a truck, you could setup a mobile detailing business in one stop. Literally! And of course, shout out to Jeff that assisted me, gave me a quick walk through tour and was extremely informative and descriptive answering my questions and explaining each product and it's use. Super chill dude, easy to talk to, shared some stories, had some laughs as he's helping me come up with some macgyver type setup to get spot free water to run through my pressure washer from Lowe's. The kinda place makes you feel welcome and that you want to spend your money at instead of online. They have the products, the experience, and the customer service. Hands Down, Mark is Di Man every time I need some repairs done, . Last minute repair my carpet extractor was not working, I contact Mark to see his ability and he told me over the phone he was waiting on a client with a big job and at first I felt disappointed but I've decided to drive to his shop because I need it fix, once I get there he was with another client and then his big job show up, he ask me to pull down my carpet extractor from my van and he work on it so quick I was out of there in less then 10 minutes and this is why I keep coming back to Mark he has knowledge in all detail equipment... read more
