They are a pretty good nail salon. They did a good job on my pedicure and four of us came in together and were all helped pretty quickly. The only thing I would caution you on is walking in during a busy time. You wouldn't think noon on a Friday would be bad but with five people in the chair, they had to turn people away or ask them to come back in an hour. Plus the hot towels weren't that hot and the leg massage was a little lack luster. If you wanted to get pampered it's not the best but my toes came out looking good so I can't complain! read more

Horrible cheap products, my nails chip in 48 hours. I would not recommend even if it was your last option.

I had a mani/pedi today, and just wanted black with glitter on my toes, and a gel black shimmer on my fingers. I had scheduled an appointment and still had to wait for almost an hour before they started. My toes are blue, not black. The tech cut my cuticles far enough back to make me bleed on two fingers, and my nails are grey with shimmer. I paid cash and didn't want change so I ended up tipping the guy $15. When I got home and took a good look at it, and was really disappointed, I can't really ask for a refund, or to fix the job, because I'm not going back to Tomah for a while. read more

I went in yesterday an had s not so good experience the lady that was workin at station 8 smaked my left hand cuz she said my hand wasnt relaxed enough an then she had to redo the design so many times an by the time i left i wanted to cry an then i found i had nail polish on the back of my phone an the bottom of my fingers i did call them an talk to them about it but i feel as somethin needs to be done about the way i was treated an she was also talkin to the girl next to her in their language so idk if they were talkin about me or not but i left very upset yesterday an she also got my design wrong as well read more

Unfortunatel, I have to give them a 1 start because I can't not give zero stars... I Would not recommend at all. Staff are unprofessional and swear at their customers when they are told they did something wrong. They dismiss what you as a customer asks for and decide to do their our thing on what you are paying for. This almost destroyed my real nails. They chose to put an Acrylic overlay on my nails that already had a gel overlay on, I only wanted a small fix and they proceeded to remove my gel and put the acrylic overlay on my teal nails. I attempted to stop him from doing it but he continued. I have went there multiple times in the past without issues but recently the newer staff there have been completely disrespectful to patrons, making fun of them to other customers after they leave or when they walk away to do someone's eyebrows they will talk about customers getting their nails done to those in the wax room. They charge for services you did not ask for and when confronted tell you to go "fu*k yourself" and "ban" you from the salon. Not a place I will ever go to again. read more

I went in for just a polish change which I clearly stated when I arrived. When I went to pay I was charged more than it says on their services menu. The guy said my nails needed buffing and that was the extra charge. I wish he would have said something right away and not forcing me to pay extra for a service I wasn't aware I was getting. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting to pay before anyone looked up to take my payment. I could have just walked out and I doubt they would have noticed. I took my mother there to get our nails done which is something that we don't do often the salon was very dirty and unprofessional there were clipped nails all over the floor and they moved through clients so quick that I don't even know how they're cleaning the equipment they're using on everybody's nails over and over again oh I know they're not! I proceeded to get my nails done once they looked terrible with air bubbles all through the acrylic asked to have them fixed as I was paying $45 for them and the girl who did them straight up refused so I talked to the owner and they really had me come back another day after stripping my nails to redo them, then my mother got hers done and she had cuts on every single one of her fingers from the guy being so rough, her nails weren't even in the shape that they were supposed to be And she asked to have them re-done as they looked terrible and after some arguing in whatever language they decided to redo hers and they turned out terrible the second time so I requested refunds and I was given one but my mother was not which seems completely unfair as they did the same thing to both of us all I know is I do not recommend this place to anyone and if you do go here just know that it's dirty and when your finger falls off it's your own fault for going here! read more

Went in for a pedi. I've had a good experience here before so I gave 2 stars. I had a employee named Jihn (Sp?) who ruined this visit for me. The other employees seemed nice and friendly. Jihn apparently hates his job very much and this shows while he's talking to his customers...I can understand scrubbing peoples feet probably isn't the most exciting of jobs but we came in for a relaxing spa/pedi and having my feet slapped, condescending directions and towels thrown at me don't make for a very relaxing visit. His work was also sloppy and rushed. Oh and talking in a different language and laughing at my friend that was with me didn't go unnoticed. If you don't like your job find a new one. :) The ladies at this salon and the older gentlemen that works there were great! read more

I come in regularly as this is the closest nail salon to me. I have to wait every time. I try all different days and different times. Always a wait. Sometimes it is 15 minutes but more often it is days like today. It has been an hour and a half already, still waiting. I don't know when I can get out of work again to come back so I am stuck waiting. I have had both good and bad work done here, depends on which nail tech you have. Just note that if they say it will be just a minute, it will be more like 30. read more

My best friend and I made a nail appointment on Tuesday for Saturday. We chose this salon because she's never had a bad experience here unlike myself. But I made the appointment, we were both suppose to get gel manicures, so I should have been charged $60 but instead I get charged $110. I was super upset, if it was quality work I would have excepted the price. But that's not the case, we made an appointment and we sat around for an extra 45 minutes. This can be understandable, it was busy. When my friend finally got to sit in a chair 20 minutes after myself the girl doing her nails kept getting up to do other things. The sad thing is her nails were finished a couple minutes after mine. But there are bumps all in our nails. When we got back to her place we had to take remover and a scrubber to take the nail polish off of our hands. Not to mention even a day later my fingers are still extremely sensitive because the girl doing my nails was so rough and she cut every single one of my fingers. I believe getting my nails is supposed to be relaxing, and that was not relaxing. I was not happy at all with my experience if I was given a choice with my review there would have been no stars. I will not be coming back, that was the last chance I will be giving this salon, seeing as not one time I've gone here it was good. i would like to give zero stars because my experience was horrific!!! I went to get black nails and when i left they were blue! I had polish all over my fingers! It was sloppy! I called and told them i left unhappy they told me to come back and they would take care of me. Well that was a lie. They did a much a better job but the guy that did them was rude the whole time then when my nails were drying he told me that i was wrong for coming back in to get them redone because the top coat he used makes your nails last longer. It just makes black turn blue? Well, i want them black so...you shouldnt put a top coat on that changes it!! Then he toldme i didnt know what i was talking about! I told him i wanted them black so blue would not be ok. Well he told me that my nails are gonna chip. I told him thats fine as long as they are the color i requested! He kept coming back and arguing with me, i told him just leave me alone i am never coming back here! By this time i am in tears because he is yelling and im yelling! A very nice girl came by and asked what was wrong. She took care of me and asked me to come back. She was very sweet but i will never step foot in there again! read more

awesome people and great customer service. relaxing atmosphere and very clean. and its a plus that they are having 20% off pedicures until march 2016! my pedicure was only 22 and they even added natural sea salt scrub with the regular spa pedicure, you cant beat that! they even had a hello kitty kids spa chair! i will definitely bring my little girl next time. i will recommend this to friends and family. read more
