Rarely is there ever a wait to get in and the overall feeling is that of the local salon where one can catch up on all the news and still walk away feeling pretty. She checked him in at that time even though I was standing right in front of her waiting to be checked in. As I waited 10 minutes, the gentleman had finally walked in and was instantly seated as the next beautician had just become available. One of the tall beauticians walked around back and fourth almost avoiding me for 10 minutes. After that a mother with two sons walked in and were instantly seated by her. I waited a total of 20 minutes before finally walking out. Will never go there again. Very rude walk-in policy.
