Unfortunately, I wasn't able to communicate my concerns because she spoke very little English, and the only staff member who could communicate with me was too busy to help. To make matters worse, the French manicure itself was poorly done. The lines are uneven, the polish looks sloppy, and my nails look much worse than when I arrived. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. I feel like I wasted my money, and I left extremely disappointed. I strongly encourage the salon to ensure there is always someone available who can communicate effectively with clients so expectations and requests are clearly understood. She checked him in at that time even though I was standing right in front of her waiting to be checked in. As I waited 10 minutes, the gentleman had finally walked in and was instantly seated as the next beautician had just become available. One of the tall beauticians walked around back and fourth almost avoiding me for 10 minutes. After that a mother with two sons walked in and were instantly seated by her. I waited a total of 20 minutes before finally walking out. Will never go there again. Very rude walk-in policy.
