I will say, he was on time though. Seems like some poor business practices, possibly trying to avoid records created by electronic transactions. He may be fair to locals but avoid if you are visiting.

Awful experience. Had a flat tyre on the way to Killarney and called up the RAC. They gave me the…read morenumber for O'Sullivan who was extremely short and grumpy on the phone. He said he'd be with me within an hour yet did not show despite us being only 2 mins drive away from him. After the initial hour passed, I called again and was met with another stroppy attitude over the phone. He said he'd be with us in 30 mins and gave a ludicrous price of €100 just to put the spare tyre on for us. Luckily for me, I had broken down infront of a lovely gentlemans house who helped me obligingly and set me on my way. Just as I was about to leave, O'Sullivan then turned up and was very rude. He then said his services would be €180 cash to fix us a new tyre. I simply did not have the money for it and refused to pay this price. He then drove off without a care or concern for my safety. The lovely gentleman who helped me recommended Killarney Tyre Centre. They were so kind and helpful, checked all four tyres and told me I only had a puncture in the flat wheel which didn't need to be replaced. This costed me a total of €10 which is a stark contrast to O'Sullivans quote. Avoid O'Sullivans at all costs!

Mazda dealer, set in a lovely location with really good deals on new ane used cars. It was the name…read morethat attracted us and we asked if we could take some pictures, the staff were great they showed us around made a cuppa and gave us a widow sticker for our car. Family owned and run, with that special feel that a family business has but efficient with it. We were only visiting there part of the world so there was little too no chance of a sale but they promoted the Mazda name with pride to us. If we lived in Macroon we would look at Looney Car Sales first for our new car without dout.

They also have a medium sized shop with pretty much everything you need including a hot food deli which has breakfast and lunch available. Good prices, great location.
