Unfortunately, we were hugging the left side of the road so much to avoid oncoming traffic that we hit a sharp Rock and destroyed our tire. We quickly changed over to the spare tire and were still able to climb our mountain. This morning, we woke up knowing that we would have to get the tire repaired but didn't know where to go. Several people recommended this place and we are sure glad that we found it. Immediately after we pulled in the repair man walked over to our car and assessed the situation. Our tire was not just punctured but torn to shreds. He took it back into the shop and within seven minutes had a new tire on the car and had us on our way! We couldn't believe it! He also was thoughtful enough to encourage us to save the receipt for insurance reimbursement. Thank you Tyre Stop!

I drove there without an appointment and was seen to straight away. Instead of just topping off the air and sending me on my way, he jacked up the car and inspected the tire. That inspection found a screw embedded in the tire so he was able to remove it and repair the tire on the spot. I am forever grateful for his attention to detail; I shudder to think what might have happened had I gone on my way with just some air added to the tire. 20 Euro well spent. Thank you!

We were exhausted and stressed as the rental car company said that the sensor was just touchy, so we didn't have to worry about the "warning tyre pressure" light. We were so worried that we would have to pay the fee for a brand new tire, as we did not pay the extra money for tire insurance upon the regular car insurance. By the time the car, truck driver and I arrived at the shop, the owner, new tire and all equipment were waiting. They had me back on the road in 15 minutes! Extremely polite, efficient and I highly recommend this local business!

He said he'd be with me within an hour yet did not show despite us being only 2 mins drive away from him. After the initial hour passed, I called again and was met with another stroppy attitude over the phone. He said he'd be with us in 30 mins and gave a ludicrous price of €100 just to put the spare tyre on for us. Luckily for me, I had broken down infront of a lovely gentlemans house who helped me obligingly and set me on my way. Just as I was about to leave, O'Sullivan then turned up and was very rude. He then said his services would be €180 cash to fix us a new tyre. I simply did not have the money for it and refused to pay this price. He then drove off without a care or concern for my safety. The lovely gentleman who helped me recommended Killarney Tyre Centre. They were so kind and helpful, checked all four tyres and told me I only had a puncture in the flat wheel which didn't need to be replaced. This costed me a total of €10 which is a stark contrast to O'Sullivans quote. Avoid O'Sullivans at all costs!

The staff explained everything to me in a language I understood. While I was waiting for my tyres to be fitted I made use of their waiting room. Big comfy sofas, plasma screen and satellite TV. Under the TV screen was another screen linked to a camera in the workshop so I could see my tyres being fitted from the comfort of their waiting room. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and had tea/coffee making facilities + FREE Wi-Fi. I also had my tracking done and the tyre fitter explained to me that not only would it help prolong the life of my new tyres, it'd also help with reducing my fuel consumption. I cannot recommend Bandon Quick fit highly enough. Bandon Quick Fit is located on the irishtown end of the bypass in bandon town.
